Horrific
I would avoid his company at all costs. The customer service is beyond a joke, the products they sell are repackaged faulty goods, and the owner is insanely rude.

Be Warned
Followed their system for my car battery and put in my car registration number. This showed two batteries would fit my car. I ordered one only to discover that it was too large as indeed was the other one they offered. I have since discovered that Yashua the only companies batteries they sell do not in fact make one for my car that will fit. I asked for a return number which they gave me but they said I would have top pay for the cost of the return and would only get back a refund of the cost of the battery not the carriage cost either. so it will cost me around £17 for a £75.36 battery they sold me which was incorrect. It was their mistake on their website but I am the one paying for it. This is wrong so am going to contact Trading Standards to see where I stand. They told me their website is only a guide but it mentions nothing about being a guide. I would not deal with This company again.

Shocking Customer Service
I ordered a battery for my car using their 'registration lookup tool' where you type in your registration and it displays make and model of the car and the appropriate battery for your car. The price was good so I placed the order. The battery turned up promptly, however it was not the correct battery for the car, the terminals were reversed.
I Immediately phoned up their 'help line' and was told to return it at my expense (£25).
I pointed out that it was their mistake and why should I cover the postage, they did not even have the courtesy to apologize, they just insisted that they had sent the correct battery for the car. I asked to speak with a manager, he was equally unhelpful and I pointed out that the 'distance selling regulations state that 'If your goods are faulty, or you're sent substitute items that you don't want, the retailer must pay return postage costs' He then offered to cover half the return costs but still no sign of an apology or even and admission that their website provided inaccurate information.
The mark of a good company is how they treat their customers, and how well they put right mistakes, buypartsby(A.K.A. Sutton auto factors) have no idea of the concept of customer service and were rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Bought a luk clutch kit they gave it with a faulty concentric cylinder . Told them i will return the faulty concentric cylinder because i dont want to buy another clutch but guess what there pricedures for customers are awful customers who dont have more money to pay for garage fees they dont care.ungrateful conmen .avoid to buy from these conmen.never again.am pounds down cos of these jokers.there returbs procedures are awful

A Right Shoddy Outfit. Avoid!
I've used buypartsby.co.uk twice recently. I should have learnt my lesson the first time. Some considerable time after placing the order I was informed that they did not have all of the parts. After plenty of dawdling they eventually sent through half the order in a rushed delivery as I needed the parts quickly. I foolishly ordered again recently. After a week of hearing nothing apart from the initial "your order has been forwarded to our warehouse" email, I contacted them about the status of my order. I received another email with an apology and a tale that "there had been a glitch in their system, would I like a refund?" I said I would like the parts if they could be delivered asap. I was promised delivery in a couple of days. Needless to say a week later I had to contact them again only to find out the person I was speaking to could not find my order. After 10mins on hold he apologised and said the order had not been processed, would I like to place the order again? This time I asked for the refund, hopefully that will have a better chance of arriving than the parts did. I will definitely NOT be using them again and would discourage others from doing so.

If you are thinking of ordering from the this company i would think again, placed an order for two shock absorber's for a Nissan Micra, Parts arrived about 3 days later. Came to fit them to the car first one when on fine no issues, second one sent is completely the wrong one for the car, Contacted the customer services line and was asked to send a picture showing why it was wrong, told once they had the email they would contact me to advise what we could do about, sent the email within 5 minuets of coming of the phone, i ended up calling them back nearly 2 hours later and no phone call from the company, only to be told that they had not even bothered to look for the email coming through, they found the email whilst on the phone, agreed it was the wrong and they would put another order through to get me the correct part sent out, This was on Friday 9th of May, I was told i would get an email to confirm the order had been put through, as normal no email came through from the company. I again called this morning to check what was happening to only be told that the wrong part would be collected tomorrow, and then once they have that one back they would then send me the correct part out. It seems to be every time i speak to this company the goal post are being moved around.
The customer Service team seem to tell you what you want to hear whilst on the phone but then as soon as they come of the phone they don't seem to care about you at all.
I have tried to find an email address other then the customer service one and unable to find anything to be able to make the people higher up in the company aware of the issues on the ground.
I can see this going on for at least another 3 weeks once i get to the point where i am asking for a refund for this then to take over 3 weeks to be completed.
Before you order make sure you check out the reviews of the company and then make your choice from there.
I can say now i will not be using this company again for any part! first and last time of using this company! Nothing but grief from this one order.
I would say be very wary of ordering from this company.

Took over a week to deliver. Wrong parts sent, didn't fit. Would not refund. Ordered replacements at my expense and order was lost.. all in all 2 weeks wasted. This used to be a good company, don't know what has happened but the customer service was terrible. Will not use again.

Unwilling to spend any real money on the family runabout and dog transport I looked around for a reasonably priced parts supplier. Sutton Auto Factors trading as Buypartsbuy were quite reasonable and - as this vehicle is on a "changeover year" - was easy to pinpoint the exact parts I needed. Not a great deal of money and the delivery service was "one to two days". Fair enough, I had ordered the bits (Brake disks and pads and an Exhaust part so some pretty important safety issues with the vehicle) well before Easter so plenty of time to get the disks and pads fitted over the Easter Break.
The Easter Break came and went and no sign of the parts so I decided to investigate. The Carrier's website (Yodel - don't go there, they are in a completely different league of incompetence. Plenty of reviews about them) allowed me to reschedule the delivery for last Wednesday. Still a no show.
By this time I had spent some not inconsiderable time on various telephone numbers trying to get the issue resolved. It turns out that the software Sutton Auto Factors use parses the address so despite the full and complete address and directions on the order confirmation and billing this wasn't actually printed on the Address label. So these parts have been on a Merry Go Round for over a week now but yesterday Yodel's tracking showed "Returned to Sender"!
So I called them up for a refund, as you would. I was immediately presented with that blank wall that companies put up when they are completely out of their depth and in desperation the chap at the other end quoted me the Distance Selling Regulations (Don't you just love that?)
"Sorry Mate, No refunds until the Goods are returned, says so in the Distance Selling Regulations"!
Yes, quite, but the bit the chap was referring to assumes you have actually taken receipt of the goods in the first place, which obviously I had not. It is the sellers responsibility to actually deliver the goods, which in this case they had not, before you can use this as a defence.
Needless to say this will be another one of those mind numbing Civil Court cases that the Courts hate so much but I am just not prepared to waste any more of my time trying to fix this companies mistakes.

Ordered and exhaust part from here, firstly it took over a week for them to dispatch the item, then I was told by buy parts by it would be delivered on the coming Tuesday, I sat In waiting for it to be delivered only to find out it was actually being collected from them Tuesday. I was then told it would definitely arrive Wednesday, so again sat in waiting, and again nothing. The second day admitidley was an error on yodel delivery service, but I feel that the company are responsible for who they chose to use as a courier service so should be accountable. I needed the part by the Thursday to get it fitted (now two weeks from the order date) so rang both yodel and buy parts by to see if there was any way they could garuntee the parts delivery, yodel we're unsurprisingly unhelpful considering it was there error, and buy parts by saint there was nothing they could do to help. The part failed to arrive the next day, and by this point I had had enough so cancelled the order.
Buy parts by said that was no issue and agreed to a full refund straight away and they would ask for the item to be returned from yodel so I would not need to pay postage. Finally I thought I was seeing some reasonable service.
However, the item was returned to buy parts by, but I didn't see any refund. I contacted buy parts by to explain however was told that I had received the item and that I wasn't due a refund. On looking at the tracking yodel supply it showed that the item had been returned to buy parts by.
I contacted them again numerous times regarding the whereabouts of my refund and every time was told, sorry it hasn't been pressed yet, but they will do it right away. Eventually I gave up, emailing the company stating that if they could not confirm in writing that they had processed the refund I would involve my bank and start a false transaction complaint against the payment.
I received not email reply from the company and it appears to have been completely ignored. Finally over a month later i have managed to get a refund for the item, however no sign of postage charge. If I'm honest I would expect the delivery charge to refunded also as the service was so bad, hence the cancelled order, but the hassle it would be to try and get it back is not worth it.
I used the company to start off with as the part was cheaper by about £30. Having gone through all of this it really hasn't proved an economic choice. 3 days wasted waiting for the parcel to arrive @ £100 a day, and numerous hours on the phone to the company and also my bank to finally get the refund have more than out weighed any savings.
My advice would be avoid like the plague!
