V.gg Email

There's no such thing as a free lunch with v.gg. I've actually used their service for a couple of years of more and actually don't mind it - when it works.

A few months ago I started having problems sending emails and I gave up for a while but returned about a week ago and tried to log in. I then had to go through another form to update my password to a longer, more complex one as they'd changed the site a little bit. After this I could login and send/receive emails as before BUT (just today) I got a message up:

"Your account is suspended. Please contact your administrator for more information."

So, bye bye v.gg - please be warned.

On investigation v.gg is yet another email service (just like emailaccount.com) which is operated by everyone.net and I know I'm not alone in suddenly finding myself blocked out.

Just don't use v.gg as your main email account. If you need a quick and easy throwaway address it's probably going to be fine. Fortunately that's all I used it for.

the domain name is very short but don't let that fool you, there are ads every single place, and your mails get ads attached.

V.GG email is terrible! I first started using it because it had a nice short adress ([email protected]) but I soon realised it was the wrong decision. The webmail is very bad - it lacks in many features. All the emails you send have adverts in them, so they end up in people's junk folders. There are adverts everywhere on the pages, the inbox size is atrocious (25mb) and the attachment size is horrendous. But the worst is yet to come. If you were sucked in by this absolute fail of an email service, you can't switch very easily, because there is no way to forward your email and no POP3 access so, if you have given lots of people and websites your address, you can't really change! So I am stuck with this horrible email service!

well, i liked this V.gg Email b.c the domain name was soooo short and everyone asks " where did you get that email from. its very simplistic and easy to use.

But most of the mail that I sent form this e mail ended up in other peoples spam folder which is why for the 4 or 5 weeks of me using this email I received no e mail!

this "v.gg" is cute, but its not g-mail or yahoo mail.
