How Is This Site Actually Legal?
Having just gone online to potentially buy some Kasabian tickets that went on sale at 9:30M, the message "Tickets not currently available from Ticketmaster - Here are some other options:" is displayed.
At 9:32am I redirected to Get Me In (A Ticketmaster Company) to see two tickets being "re-sold" at £390.
How can two tickets (face value £55) be advertised for sale at three times the cost and a £60 booking fee added on?
Ticket touting is illegal at venues so how is this legal online?
How does this fit with fair pricing?
How can a booking fee of more than the original ticket cost be added only two minutes after they went on sale?
Isn't the re-seller effectively touting these tickets at an unfair markup?
One thing for sure, this is totally immoral.

Rolling Stones At London Stadium
You were unable to take bags into the stadium.the sound system was awful.you could only here the bass and drums.it ruined Florence and the machine. The ticket prices were very expensive.on the ticket the cost was £70 but the cost per ticket was £178.how was this justified. I had to wait in 2 days for the ticket to be delivered by UPS.very dissatisfied.

Just Don't Do It!
Take your money for tickets that aren't even the correct ones.
I'm now out of pocket and am not going to a concert I wanted to go to.
Tried to contact them and just got told nope no refund even though it was minutes after purchase.
Wrong location but still they think they are not wrong.
Save your money and don't buy from this company.
You will definitely be left disappointed!

Don't Waste Your Money
Don't bother trying to cancel an order, your money will be taken immediately, and you will get nothing but a stock answer that they don't own the tickets so can't cancel or refund unless the event is cancelled.
Hopefully the legal loophole they are exploiting will be closed sooner rather than later.
If you can't get a ticket from a reputable source do yourself a favour and give it a miss!

Verification May Block Your Credit Card
I used them once quite some time ago and they have just tried to take £1 from my card to verify it. My bank flagged this up as a possible fraud and locked my card. As this happened over the Christmas break it has taken quite some sorting out. This seems a funny way for the company to conduct themselves and has caused me no end of grief.
If you are a regular user then I suppose you have to put up with their systems. However, if you just use them as a one off then I would recommend closing your account immediately after completing the transaction, to avoid the issues I have had.

Rather than editing My review yet again I have decided to write a new review for my fiasco with this terrible (am I allowed to say the word terrible?) Company.
They have gone to a lot of effort to attempt to block my review and I would imagine that they do this with a very large percent (possibly all?) of attempted negative reviews. I suspect that this is why they do not have as low rating as they should. It is only through perseverance that one can get a negative review past them. I'm sure they will have something to say about this re-edited review too. Let's wait and see ...
What I will now do is remove 2 Words that were not swear words nor offensive words, just simply honest words that summed up my experience with this company from my review below. I will replace the words with a _____ and I will let the readers guess as to what words I used to describe this company.

TERRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT USE. We have all got to stop using this site. They are basically (insert word of choice here)! Bought Royal Blood Tickets Months ago for My Daughter. They said They were emailing Me with Progress. Never did get an Email other than an email Today saying I've been refunded. Almost impossible to contact them via Website. Feel like I've let My Daughter down big time because of this (insert word of choice here) company. We all GOTTA STOP USING THESE SECONDARY TICKET (insert word of choice here) SERVICES THAT GUARANTEE NOTHING!!!
EDIT : The Price I paid for the Tickets ... £170 for 2!!!!!!! 3 Times Face Value. I'm Glad Artists are clamping down on this so called legit Company.

Took my money for little mix tickets that never arrived, they say that UPS have delivered them somewhere no signature required for £320 of tickets!!!
Say they will look in to it and get back to me 2 days after the concert, what good is that!

The Tickets Cost £40.00 Each And I Paid £116 Per Ticket!!!!!
Earlier this year I bought two tickets to go and see Steps in concert. The tickets arrived yesterday and the price paid by whoever had bought them was £40.00 per ticket. I accept that Getmein will take some profit and the seller will have profited as well but not by £76.00 per ticket!! I'm now expecting to arrive at the concert to find that the tickets are duds. I will not be using Getmein again and I'll make sure friends and family are aware not to use this company.
When ordering tickets on Getmein, all details are shown - including the original face value of the tickets. It's all very clear and you can't really blame Getmein if you didn't read the details.

£300 Down!!
We bought tickets for Flight of the Conchords and then found some closer to home. Get me in advertises that people can resell tickets on their website, but then removed all reference to the FoTC event with no explanation.
Customer service was unhelpful. We called to ask if they could send us the tickets early so that we could try to sell them, they said they can't because they get them from a 3rd party. And can't get a refund. So now we're stuck with two extra tickets which costed £300 and can't sell them. Really don't think this is in line with advertising standards.

What does 'processed' mean?
We still haven't received our tickets from getmein for the take that concert this sunday 18 june
not sure what to do or what we can do, we feel so upset and angry because we so wanted to go to original concert and this one because of what it represents, but still awaiting tickets
had several email promises from getmein but nothing materialise. Did anyone else have this problem?
Problem with their website meant I received an error message, and I didn't think order had been processed. No confirmation email, so tried again. Same problem, and still no email, so tried a more reliable trustworthy website. However, when I checked my inbox for confirmation, I had 3 email, 2 from Getmein confirming my order, and one from the other website. Contacted Getmein to cancel and explain problems with website, but they don't want to know; they insist order is valid, and accept no responsibility for faulty website. Raised dispute with credit card company, but will never use Getmein again, and will tell no-one else to either. Any one had problems being billed for orders they thought hadn't gone through?
I've order to tickets for Justin Beiber and I've seen the reviews and the concert is in October 18th. Should I be worried about not getting them in time?
Good luck! I was let down badly by Get Me In but have recently purchased tickets on Seatwave with success. Both of these ticket resale sites are part of (owned by?) Ticketmaster. Strange that shortly after tickets go on sale with Ticketmaster literally hundreds appear on these resale sites at inflated prices. It's not fair on the fans and the government should do something about it!!!
I have purchased tickets to see Kevin Bridges on Saturday 10th October, and it is now the 5th and I haven't received them. I haven't had an email either. Can't get through to speak to anyone on the phone either. What should I do?
I had the same problem and I could not get a phone number. I exchanged loads of e-mail with them. In the end the tickets never arrived and they denied all responsibility. I complained tirelessly and was eventually told to write to this guy below but I never did. Looking at feedback from similar situations I could not be bothered, they are just not intererested. My tickets I ordered for one direction haven't came yet and the concert is in five weeks. When will they arrive?
Don't panic. I have ordered from Get me In on a few occasions and have never been let down. Sometimes the promoters/organisers don't release the tickets until one week before the event so there is still plenty of time for you to receive them.
I put tickets up for sale then cancelled them as my daughter decided she wanted to go for her birthday, unfortunately I didn't cancel them properly according to get me in. I haven't noticed any of the emails as they went to junk mail. My question is will I be charged for this error and if so how much? I've emailed customer support and they said contact me back in 5 days, I don't have 5 days to wait as the concert is this Saturday. I don't want to upset my girl and tell her she can no longer go as it was a mistake, but I need to know if this will cost a fortune.
The same thing is happening to me, forgot to cancel and they sold. If they have been sold then you can be charged up to 150% of what they paid for your tickets and unfortunately the customer support team is awful at getmein, so I doubt they'll be much help, the cheaper option that I'm doing is to continue with the sale and try and buy more tickets for the event
I purchased 4 tickets for Peter Kay in Manchester on 14th February 2015. I would have liked to have had these tickets in time to include with Christmas presents. Does anyone know when they will be dispatched please?
When you buy tickets on Get Me In, the arrival date depends on when the seller sends out the tickets. It could be anything up to a week before the event. I ordered tickets in February for a gig in December and they arrived at the beginning of June. If you have any contact details for the seller, you should get in touch but other than that, you can never be too sure as to when they will arrive. You could go on Moonpig or Funky Pigeon and make a card that tells them they're going.
Has anybody received there tickets to see daughtry at the roundhouse yet? This is my first time using Getmein and the gig is only two weeks away so I'm getting a bit anxious about it.

I bought park life tickets 2 months ago, I had an email to say they would come first class 2 weeks before the event. I had a reminder email but its pretty much a week to go and they haven't sent me a email or any tickets, should I be worried? What do I do?
I bought tickets for russel Howard and the gig weren't for about a 10 months at the time I bought them but as you have mentioned they keep you informed and let you know we're they are and that they will be with you shortly we revived our tickets 3 fmdays before the event and was reassured by get me in that would be the case I was worried my self but sure as there word they arrived and I was very happy with the way they dealt with them I was informed when they left and when they were on van and could track them so rest assured you will get you're tickets in time.
