I've always been more of a Richer Sounds guy than a Dixons kind of guy, and so in the same vein, Halfords is really a last resort for me. Fortunately, I stumbled across The Roof Box Company just when I needed a roof box. First of all, I really didn't know anything about roof racks or roof boxes, and their excellent buyers guides told me everything I needed to know, including all the main brands, even down to who actually manufactures the products! When you're going to spend hundreds of pounds, it's great to be informed.

Thanks to their advice, I got the confidence to buy something a bit different from the standard Thule you see on every car roof, and I think I ended up with quite a bit more box for my money. Once I had decided what box to buy, it automatically offered to add the correct roof rack for my particular car, so I was never in any doubt that it would all work when it arrived.

A few days later, the box and the rack arrived together, and in an hour or so it was all installed, ready to go, with no hiccups at all.

My order is due over the next two days but I felt it was worth a comment on the tremendous response I have received on a query via e-mail. Even though I haven’t got my product yet I am confident all will be good.

The Roof Box Company has excellent customer service. They took care of replacing a faulty bike rack without problems, even when this required shipping outside the UK, and went over and beyond to make sure there was no cost or effort involved on my end. I did not check reviews beforehand, but I am glad to see that I am not the only one having had such a positive experience.

Have ordered a couple of time from this company and have received great service. They advised me which roof bar and rob box combo would be best suited for my car and it arrived within a couple of days as promised. Also ordered some spare parts and unfortunately one was damaged. Emailed them and had a reply next day and new part sent without hesitation. Would certainly recommend them with the service i have received so far.

Ordered some roof bars as I was having trouble finding them to fit my car. Their website tool finds only items that will fit your car. Ordered and delivered in 2 days and they feel very secure. The company were very quick with correspondence when I had a question (less than 3 hours).

I purchased x2 Cruz cycle racks for my aero bar roof rack.

One of the boxes was missing the adaptor kit. I emailed detailing this and I had a very prompt reply and the missing items were posted and arrived within 24 hrs. Wow. Now that is great customer service! Many thanks.
