I purchased underwear from Belle Lingerie in Dec 2023 and a pair of knickers fell apart at the seem. The company said I was at fault for an item less than six months old. Previously my experience with Belle Lingerie was fine, but if you want an item replaced or refunded forget it. They do not uphold the terms of purchasing and faulty items. Very dissappointing and I will no longer shop here nor recommend it. Zero goodwill.

Unable to find swimsuit for holiday and running out of time, came across Belle Lingerie on line. Ordered swimsuit and strapless bra. Got a call ext day from customer services to say swimsuit had to be ordered in, explained about imminent holiday, so she said she’d make sure both delivered in time, and they were. I’m a size 36E, size 16 and body conscious on a beach, but felt really good in this swimsuit, bit of a squirm to get it on, but fits well once on. Got many compliments and passed on details to two relatives - good fit, good price and comfortable. Unfortunately the strapless bra was far too tight so returned it, no quibble refund. I came across Belle by accident as I have always used another company. So glad I did as my order was processed quickly & efficiently. I was kept informed of it's progress at each stage & the goods on offer are well below the prices I have previously paid. Even free postage was part of the deal.

My bra arrived and when I checked it it had a small fault,i was asked to return it for it to be checked. Belle Lingerie then got In touch to ask if I wanted a refund or a replacement ,my replacement was sent out immediately. Very friendly knowledgeable staff and I would recommend them to anyone. This is my first port of call for any future Lingerie.
