No replies ever come from messages sent to any advertiser, if you give your email address to them they start spamming within hours, the owner is about money......your money, l have experience of that. The site was running well about 12 or 13 years ago but it was changed to a new format. Do not waste your time sending interest to advertisers and warn others too.

We travelled to view a property after booking a viewing online. The property was falsely advertised- it had already sold but was still being advertised at a lower price! They did not tell us this - but took us to see a similar property around 30% dearer- and did not tell us. We were viewing what we thought was advertised and what we booked to see! This is called switch and sell! Or duping you into buying one at a higher price! Lost all respect and any faith I had in this company!!!

Beware.useless In Supporting You If Problems With Landlord
Do not rent through this site. My landlady renting out in Cuidad Quesada retained a £1000 of my deposit for no reason. I contacted the lawyer for letting problems for this company ,Eye on Spain, and she said there is nothing she could do. Pathetic. I have been advised to contact an independent lawyer that will cost me money. Beware after Brexit , and probably before, all the Spaniards are sticking together. Of note she had been corresponding in English but when explaining that she could do nothing she reverted to a message in Spanish.

Very poor service, will never use again. Unprofessional, arrogant and rude.

It is likely that you have encountered unfriendly behavior from a third party that is not thinkSPAIN, as we are not usually in direct contact with our users and forwarding your enquiry to the seller or renter of the property that you are interested in.
Can't Be Bothered
Emailed this company to try and view a property and they didn't even have the decency to get back to me. Very poor service, will never use again in my search!

Thinkspain is great for property - but PLEASE add an advanced search facility - I'm going crazy ploughing through cortijos in Andalusia looking for something with lots of land!

They don’t show you what you have arranged to see. They falsely advertise a far cheaper property then show you one far more expensive.
