Don't order from here. I placed an order over a month ago and STILL have not received it. The tracking info hasn't been updated for 3 weeks and this was an expensive order with 4 names. Customer service is automated replies and will only apologize and offer you a discount to place another order ... how ridiculous. No help at all.

Company pretends selling real silver plated with 18k gold , I bought 3 gifts for family and friends for different occasions to discover later that the colour faded even without using it! As if i bought them from the $ store , really felt embarrassing and disappointed, won’t recommend to anyone really spam !!

Don't be fooled by all the marketing literature (authored by mynamenecklace themselves), behind the slick marketing machine is a tin pot outfit that will fail to deliver your purchase on time.

My purchase was guaranteed delivery by Mothers Day, which came and went. No delivery yet, no direct communication from their customer services department, plenty of automated emails, telling me I will be 100% satisfied!

I do not have a clue where my purchase is, and no one from mynamenecklace is bothering to help me.

Received plated gold necklace, engraved and with gems, looked like from a Christmas cracker. Cheap metal, horrible colour and error in engraving. Contacted company, standard reply offering 10 percent refund! Have read loads of complaints and no refund is ever given so taking to credit card company. No phone number so can’t speak to anyone and appears to be based in Israel. Avoid and hope they get closed down....

Awful quality - i received a necklace after about 3 months waiting with two different color chains (iasked for a plain chain and they gave me a twisty one too) attached. I think different karats were used. I asked for a refund and they said there will be a 30 day restocking fee. Unacceptable when they screwed up my order

Ordered a necjklace from the grandchildren to their grandma with their names on it. Arrived on the day of her birthday. Paid £80 for this plus £19 for express delivery which took 7 days! Was so upset when it arrived as the quality is absoluetly awful. The engraving is so small you can hardly read it, especially harder for an old person, and the engraving is very faint. The pendant and chain are rolled gold but are so so orange they look like it is from a pound shop/charity shop. I had to gift the pendant using one of my own gold chains to make it look half decent.

Emailed my concerns and was offered to return the goods and order something else of greater value, or return the goods and get a refund less 30% for "re-stocking" or just get 10% refund! Absolutely noT! I WILL NOT be ordering from this company again and think it is absolutely disgusting to expect me to only receive maximum of 70% of my purchase price. The item is so so over priced I feel stupid and ashamed having used this website but was in a rush to get something personal ordered. In hindsight it would have been better not to get anything! Please, please please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

Beware, as this is a deceptive website! I never received my order and I they never replied to any of my emails (although I still get their regular advertising spam in my mail). Their website looks authentic and I did not bother to read all the warnings online. Now I have to wait months before my bank can help me restore my money. If you want to donate your money, there are better ways of doing it.

Terrible customer service, once they have your money they don’t care. Paid for premium postage, turned up late and they refused refund of premium postage (£17). Takes them around three days to reply, with a patronising pathetic response that it’s the couriers money and they can’t refund it. Also could have had free Christmas postage but their website was confusing and advertised free Christmas postage arriving after Christmas.

MyNameNecklace you are a disgrace and I would urge people not to use you.

I ordered a name necklace with birthstones for my mom for Mother's Day and when I received it 1 of the stones had fallen out and was loose in the box! Also, the names were so tiny you could hardly read them, it is not as pictured on the website. I had to take the necklace to a jewelry store to get fixed last minute. I would not order from here again, they are cheaply made and not worth the money.

Ordered Dec 10th, guaranteed Xmas delivery and to date nothing has arrived. Today is the 30th December, Xmas has come and gone and so have replies from Mynamenecklace.Co.uk

At 1st he offered me a certificate to show the receiver of the gift I had bought a gift for them.....I'm sure that would cover things?!!

When I complained further they offered me a 10% refund, let's get this straight I ordered a gift that with delivery cost around £80 and it's never arrived and they offered me a 10% refund.

Buyers should beware that they are actually based in Israel not the UK so not much trading Standards can do to assist. They have a UK domain to fool you into thinking they are UK based.

If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Maybe some people received there gifts but there are plenty on this forum and Facebook who didn't......avoid as clearly they are hit &miss
