Best Car Ever
I have owned my E46 330 ci sport convertible from new, nearly nine years now.
Although I also own an E46 M3 as well I have to say that my 330 is the favourite car I have ever owned, and at the age of 62 I have owned everything from a lotus cortina, cosworths to the fabulous E46 BMW's. Joyous looks & drive with plenty of torque and power. It handles and corners smoothly with confidence. This Iis now a phenomenal car to buy second hand in today's market, every aspect of this model oozes class and quality. In my opinion the E46 models are the greatest BMW's ever made.

Great Looks And Performance, But Runflat Tyres? Never Again
I've owned my BMW 330d MSport from new in March 2009. The ownership and driving experiences have been very different. The car is a joy to drive on long or short journeys - roof up or down. Its the best diesel in its class in my view and will never be bettered in terms of combined performance and driving experience. However the long term ownership experience has been ruined by the problems I've experienced with the notorious Run Flat Tyres and Wheels. I've done 40,000 miles, had three sets of tyres and had to replace two rear wheels, cracked after going over potholes. The wear on the insides of the tyres under normal driving conditions is alarming. After just 10,000 miles I was recommended to change the rears. I left it and one wore through after just 12,000 miles. BMW will never admit to there being a design fault, but ten minutes searching the internet for instances similar to mine should be enough to convince you this is not an isolated incident. The solution? Do not allow the BMW saleseman to sell you a car with RFT's. It will mean you'll have to fore go the performance of the M Sport, but it will be worth it in the end. The 330d is a lovely car to drive.

After Reluctantly Parting Company With My Faithful
After reluctantly parting company with my faithful old 528i (on the other half's instructions!) we recently purchased a 330 Ci M Sport convertible with the auto/steptronic trans as a used model with 34000 on the clock, lovely example with all the refinements one would expect in a BMW and in remarkable condition, being not very convinced this was a good move I can say hand on heart that it thrills me in a way no other car has, including the M3 I test drove which to be honest was quick, very quick, but way too stiff, harsh, and the SMG was appalling in full auto mode. the 330 is quick enough, smooth, with the steptronic auto it cruises at slow speeds well and looks awesome without going ott, when you open the taps it delivers more than enough performance and the handling is superb, even though its not quite the silky 5 series its ride tells you in no terms that this car is purposeful and you will be smiling from ear to ear when you start to find the limits of adhesion. from someone who was not a 'believer' I have to say that now the thought of going anywhere now, even on shopping trips!, is a pleasure just because of the journey there and back. Well done BMW, you have created something magical.
I found this review very helpful because I have a wonderful 528i Touring and would not change it for any car. Except the 330ci. Having driven one (and now buying one) I can only agree with this review.

I love the shape of my BMW 330ci convertible. The performance was better than I expected when I first drove it and it handles like a dream.
this is a great car and I would recommend it to evryone. Yes it does drive as good as it looks. Unfortunately for me I paid a lot of money for my car when I first got it and in the last 12 months they have depreciated heavily. Fortunately they are now at a price where it make them more affordable for most people. I would recommend this car to anyone as it has been a trouble free experience for me.

I Would Have To Say That Out Of The Complete E46 C
I would have to say that out of the complete E46 convertible range the BMW 330ci is at the top of the list. The power it has is fantastic, really gives you a buzz when your foots on the pedal. It also have great breaking as well as handling. The looks are superb, a real head turner. M-sport body kit, alloys, leather interior is all top class, and its really a pleasure to have on my driveway. I recommend this to anyone looking for a BMW convertible and I also believe that its a better buy than the CLK convertible as its a BMW M-sport car.

The Car is awesome - anyone considering a BMW convertible has to get a decent spec engine, the 1.8, 2.0 are just not worth bothering with. This 330ci sport with suspension upgrade is breath taking. A very big thumbs up and value for money.
