Stay out of clearance items or bellow 100$ phones. They will break after very little use and panda will only give you 5$ for repairs. If it cannot be repaired you have to ship it back, pay for the shippment and pray to get your device back. Most of the times you will get the item back without any repair. Refund? Not an option. Bought a Cloudphone for 75$. After one week microphone failed. After 1 month touchpanel peeled off and stopped working. Very little use. It belonged to an old lady. Pandas response? Its a cheap phone, bad luck. Have to admit customer service was a lot better when they started. Had made a lot of purchases of them and did not have any problems but not anymore. The store has changed for worse.

I bought a AIWA W781 Tablet PC ATM7029 Quad Core 7.9 Inch Android 4.4 8GB White, I received it in 2 weeks by EMS, the tablet had no plastic protection on the screen or back cover, it does not turn on and it does not charge. The product is defective. I wait pandawill to solve this issue.

I bought at Panda Will a cube U59GT Talk97 Tablet with addition of a 16GB SD card (7.55 EUR), which is also arrived at 16.05.2014 At 18.06.2014 the SD card was broken ( it was only in the tablet) to read and write as well as a recognition on the Tablet PC and was no longer possible. So I wrote to the service of Panda Will. There was also a response the next day. I could get a voucher from 7USD (of course with a minimum order value) Me: no, money back. Since I have a Sa **** g bought in the shop for 18Euro. The: No, I could tell a lot Me: I'll send you back The no, too expensive. I: Why? just reg. Airmail Euro 2, 90 The: No, I could get a coupon for 5USD Pandawill is not recommended! SERVICE simply bad.

I ordered a cell phone from Pandawill by confirming the price by asking their staff in live chat. Then got their letter asking for additional 85$.

I ve told with staff in live chat again and now they are telling me they will cancel the offer if i dont pay the additional money.

Buy something from them only if you belive you are lucky enough and love the risk

I ordered phone and it was deliver with broken camera. After many many mails and lots of time i returned the phone to be replaced with new one. Noe I receive an mail that they will fix old one .

Delivery simetis is good, sometimes takes 1 month to receive your item.

After obtaining my phone- I discovered that unless you spoke Chinese the phone is worthless. No goole capability- play store and other features. All this was conveintly omitted in their advertising ploy. So folks save your money- the get your money- you get something you can't use.

Lots of aggravation- not same product line- change up products on you- so what you order is not what you finally get. Save the time and headaches don't do it.

I ordered a mobile phone from Pandawill.com-a QUEJAZ Q88 Smartphone rduced from $91 to $79.99- beautiful presentation- specs excellent- stated can change language to English etc. Ideal for what I am buying ot for and the price is write.

I get the phone- and immediately everything goes wrong. Everything besides basic's are in Chinese- you can't change anythingn to English. Everything is great if you speak Chinese. Phone well made- etc- but again I don't speak Chinese so for me the phone is useless. Can't get google- play store change time for locations- so though nicely advertised- won't work for you or anyone except if live in China.

Smartphone yes- but no google or play store- and other smartphone features.

Well it looks like I spent $79.99 for nothing. Could have bought a $40 phone in Walmart and probably would have better features.

Folks save your money- what shines is not always gold. Save your money- and don't waste it here.

I would not recommend anyone to order from this website. First, I tried to buy a smartphone and paid for it with my credit card. The money was booked from my account. They asked me sent a copy of my passport, credit card and other documents to verify that I am the user (after the money had been booked!). So I decided to cancel my order, and after 2 weeks, they transferred my money back. I tried again, this time paying with PayPal. Afterwards, they let me know that the product was temporarily unavailable; and that I should wait for a couple of days. This was almost 4 weeks ago, and they still have not send it...
