I originally found your USA www, they sent me to UK, I also enquired about France on your help line, a Philipines lady in your call center sent me to www.fr, I got adverts for other 0pticians not you!

So I bought a pair on your UK www although more expensive because my bank account is here in FRance so I pay for the exchange rate.

fit perfect, the bridge and length of the glasses everything about was absolutely a perfect match for me.

It also has a great design, with a mix of 2 colors the shade of blueish and a little pattern of black in it.

Good communication and great custmore service

I've ordered glasses before online, both sunnies and prescription, but never before from Smart Buy and never from a source outside the UK. Theirs was the best price by some £5+ for the particular RayBans I wanted, so I decided to 'take a chance' and give them a try. The upshot is that I'll most likely be using Smart Buy in future for ALL my glasses needs. The pair I wanted arrived within four or five days, by courier, with daily updates and tracking notes beforehand so that I could see exactly what was happening. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer and looking forward to ordering some prescription glasses in the very near future.

It was an amazing experience walking through complete order processing. Though I've forgot to add prescription lenses to the order I easily did it with the help of chat. I got my shades within 7 days which I obviously didn't expect :)

Wonderful website providing an amazing choice of beautiful glasses. Mine are all prescription and the final product is always of the best quality, the lenses have always been perfect.

However I had issues with the new site as it doesn't seem to save my prescription nor take into consideration when I put a different delivery address with another name.

When needed,the customer service is excellent. Every question I had was addressed very quickly and in the most satisfying way.
