Before i made the purchase of the Audio Interface I would have expected it to have the USB Cable as well, but It didn't, honestly it's cool anyway and It didn't cause me issues at all.

I have bought from GAK several times and each time I am very impressed with the communication and service.
The Guild 1512e I bought happened after reviewing several other makes. Guild came out top on so many reviews. With limited budget the 1512e seemed to tick all the boxes. It arrived the day after delivery (Brighton to Perth).
Solid spruce top is really high quality - with bearclaw marks on it, which surprised me. The action needed taken down a but but shaving 2mm off the saddle fixed that and I have a most beautiful sounding, rich, resonant 12 string. Just what I wanted. This is Guild's most inexpensive option on 12 strings with the least expensive options, but it tunes perfectly and also stays really well in tune from day to day.
I thoroughly recommend.
Warning!! Do Not Use!!!
I tried to sell an electric guitar and amp using GAK's "sell your gear". It turns out it's a total sham.
I negotiated a fair price for the gear with one of their second-hand purchasers. I was sent a link to a cardboard box to package the guitar in, and told that the cost of the box would be reimbursed after the sale. It cost £22.38 to have a cardboard box and some bubble wrap delivered - expensive, but I didn't care because I thought it would be reimbursed.
Anyway, I sent my guitar and amp to GAK. The next day, I received an email saying that the pickups on the guitar are broken, and that it's too expensive for them to fix, so my gear will be returned to me. The guitar was perfectly fine before I sent it - I'm sure because I played it one last time before I packaged it up.
So now I'm £22.38 out of pocket, and waiting for my (apparently) broken £350 guitar to be returned to me. The second-hand purchaser is no longer replying to my emails, and there's seemingly nobody else to speak to about this. I am convinced this is an organised sham.

A Warning...
The last three items I've bought from GAK have been faulty and have had to be returned. I posted a fair and reasonable review on Trust Pilot to reflect this, and asked GAK to refund postage for one of the returns. Twice now, GAK have contacted me and said they will refund my costs (which they are legally obliged to do)... if I remove the review from Trust Pilot.
Rather than remove my review I will repost this wherever possible to warn others about this dodgy organisation.
I'm still waiting for my refund.
The Worst Music Shop I Have Ever Dealt With
i ordered a alesis DM kick pedal, i was told by them and well as alesis that it would work on the alesis pad, when it arrived it did not work, i called them they are complete incompetence, didn't have a clue about anything i asked about, they even put the phone down on me and did not answer any of my questions, everything was poo (service), they sent another one (kick pedal) that did not work, after 2 days they finally told me it would not work on my pad (after asking them this before i purchased it!!!), a complete waste of time money and dealing with them, WARNING do not deal in anyway with this shop, you have been warned

I purchased an electric guitar from GAK following a recommendation from another supplier who were out of stock of the model I wanted. I ordered by phone, stock was confirmed and the item arrived via Parcel Force, well packed the next day but one (I ordered after the stated 3pm cut-off for next day). Price was competitive too. Very happy with the service and delighted with the axe!

A Joke Of A Company
I've ordered several things from Gak over the years and every single order they've got wrong, from sending my order to the wrong address, charging me for items I haven't ordered and more recently taking money for a product they knowingly don't have in stock and making it awkward to get a refund. I've no idea why I kept going back to them but I will never use this shop again and I urge you to do the same.
Beware Of This Company
If you look through many of the reviews on this site you will see the same issue recurring again and again: GAK accept you payment only then to inform you that 'next day delivery' is not available because the item is not in stock. Annoying enough, but even more frustrating when you discover that it can take up to 7 days to recover your money! The fact that this still happens on a very regular basis demonstrates that GAK is not in the slightest bit interested in the ever-increasing number of bad reviews because there are always enough gullible people to keep them in business.
I needed some studio monitors urgently for a very important recording session which was all arranged, involving quite a number of people. Even though the (Adam A7x) monitors were advertised on the GAK website and available for next day delivery, they only had one monitor in stock. I might have been able to salvage the situation but, you guessed, they had blocked my money, so I was unable to re-order elsewhere for 6 days when the money was eventually released. As a consequence, the recording had to be abandoned. There response was that I could wait for over two months until the speakers came back in stock, while they hung on to my money: outrageous!! What is more, even though they have now changed the website to 'available for order', it is well known that Adam Audio has gone into receivership, so I would advise no one to risk tying up any money in an order for something that might never arrive. Strange that GAK don't mention this rather important detail: but why would they, that's their way of doing business. Obviously they will treat this review with the contempt they treat all the others, but hopefully this will warn one or two people off of wasting their time and money with this company.

Best Service Helpful And Speedy.
Online Shopper here! I have ordered a few times fro GAK and I have to say I have never had a problem with the service. Just an example of how good the service is: Not too long ago I ordered some monitors and an audio interface. They responded via email notifying me that the speakers had been sent but the interface was not in stock. I rang to query and asked to swap for a different model (slightly more pricey) and they agreed with no hesitance and did not charge me the extra due to the "inconvenience" (not much of an inconvenience as I got a better deal out of it). They were very apologetic and helpful. The interface arrived the following day.
Also the website is pretty good, they have a great range and are almost always the cheapest for the equip I need. And you can buy some ex demo stuff for a bit cheaper.
