I've used Cheapsmells/allbeauty for years with absolutely no delivery or product issues and they are definitely genuine items ( I don't buy fakes)

Unless your able to test and prove accusations that they are fake then you should contact them direct with complaints - not slur the company on line.

Fab prices and the fragrances last just as long as the same purchases from Boots to any other frangrance shop.

Returns are efficient and customer service has always been good - and they don't make you wait weeks for refunds like other online stores

Cheapsmells/allbeauty sells fake products no doubt in my mind, don't want anyone to learn the hard way like I did, just thinking that I'd found a good deal. Im young with a 3 year old son, so i thought saving a few quid could be benefitial and ideal. I read reassuring reviews from people who have been loyal customers for years. Don't buy it. Their obviously oblivious to the fact they sell a lot fake stuff trying to copy genuine brands. I bought a Lancome Juicy Tubes in the shade pamplemousse 33. On the site it stated that it was pamplemousse "rose" 33, since receiving the item it ses "rose" nowhere on the packaging/tube of gloss, which left me confused and suspicious. Since comparing with genuine Lancome juicy tubes the printing on the product confirm that its a FAKE. I also purchased a m a x factor Kohl eye liner pencil in the shade white 010, I applied it to my eyes and it was poorly pigmented, I have other m a x facter eyeliners purchased from superdrug and the fonts don't match. FAKE.

This site sells fake perfume, I purchased Agent Provocateur which was fake, I didn't receive a reply to my email when I complained although I did receive a refund. avoid this site!

I received my order the other day, I have always had this perfume from the shops and I love it, well for cheapsmells it is completely different!! Smells different, lasts about 20minutes if that!!! Not impressed at all!!!!!! I would rather spend the extra money and get the real perfume other then scented water!!!! Do not order from this site!!!!

I've ordered some products and they are not arrived even after 1 month. I live in Italy. And I must say that's not the first time when I have to wait so long time.

Also Customer Service persons are a bit strange. 2 weeks ago I confirmed my billing address again for the second package, but I didn't received it yet.

I tried to ask the second package tracking number, but they didn't gave me.

I hope I can get at least my money back. They told me to wait again 1 week.

I buy everything I can from this website, always value for money. Never had any problems and the items arrive the next day. The only downside is that they don't stock every single brand that Boots do but hey. Amazing!!

I have been using Cheap Smells for quite a few years and would highly recommend them. The products are not "Fake". I spend a lot of money buying perfumes and cosmetics and these are truly the best website for the best deals. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

D&G Women........A discontinued line offered by Cheap Smells..........it smells weak and fades in not time at all. l am so angry feeling iv been duped and not being able to return it.

Perfume smells like water must be fake will not be using them again stay clear.
