I ordered a bike, and a toolkit from these guys. Customs decided that the toolkit was not going to make it. I reached out to the company by email, and they immediately shipped out a new one, no questions. All they asked for was pictures of the box to show it had been opened before it got to me. I couldn’t have had a better experience, they were prompt and really put me first!

I sent TartyBikes a crank bar and pedal I thought needed to be completely re-threaded. They completed the repair on the day they received the item. They also refunded me money as they were able to use enough of the thread there to secure the pedal without having to re-thread. They could have kept the money and I would have been none the wiser. I think in this day and age, honesty and integrity in a company is a real find. I am so happy and so thankful. They sent the item back the next day. Fantastic, fast and reliable service! Very pleased.

Tartybikes offer good parts, give good advice on where to spend you‘re money and offer a great transparency.

I ordered some parts for a frame aswell as a frame itself, and the guys could always help me out with questions, aswell as tell me how long it will take until all the special ordered parts will be at theirs so that they can then mail the whole box at once.

The delivery options aren’t cheap, but if you are spending that much money, you should be able to pay the insured delivery aswell...

Also, i had a good experience with fedex.

On Friday, Tarty sent the package of, After some parts they specially ordered just got into their shop on Friday, and on Monday it already arrived in Switzerland.

As someone that has been building wheels for 21 years I was to busy couple of months ago and so had the Tarty techs build the wheels for me and been very impressed with the build quality (and I’m very fussy)

I assume its a great product it was an awesome price and arrived on time and in good condition. but my parents won't let me take it out of the box and ride it because of how many missing homework assignments I have. also, the color is cool... on the website haven't even seen it in person. tbh I don't care what it looks like I just want a rideable trials bike that will last and that what I think I will get. price 10/10, shipping 10/10, parents 1/10.
