Do Not Use This Car Dealership
My sons were looking for their first car, using the money left to them from my Mum. It needed to have Hill Star Assist, to aid one of my sons, and the car we saw was advertised as having this. When I picked it up, I realised straight away that it did not seem to be working. When I questioned this, I was met with aggression and denial that it was on the details of the car. The service department checked the car and found that it only actually works on very steep hills, which is no good to us and not as expected. I found the sales staff to have very little knowledge of the cars and once you handed over your money, did not want to know of any problems or concerns.

Made contact by phone at first to enquired about a car and purchase on finance.
Was phoned back within 30 mins with an offer and invited down to view.
Was meeted with very refreshingly and helpful sales staff and after a test drive agreed a purchase.
Picked the jag up the following day and it was ready to drive away after a full preparation. The service is top notch and felt better than any main dealership. WOULD DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND.Not a lot to dislike ,and a very pleasant experience.

New Car
Couldn't have made buying a new car any easier, the car I saw on the web site was located at a different branch they brought it over to my nearest showroom, From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the service was fantastic, attentive and made it so easy I would certainly go back again and would definitely recommend them.

The experience at Dace Supermarket was good because the person I dealt with looked after me really well and was professional and very accommodating. The service levels from the service/mechanics team is absolutely excellent and the two people I dealt with make sure I am 100% looked after and happy, alongside really helpful mechanics in their team too. The customer service and after care from Dace continues to be second to none, hence I came back.......and VERY glad I did! Thank you all very much indeed!

Having been looking round to buy a little van I found one at Dace Motor Company in Reddish. Nice looking vehicle, very clean with low mileage. Friendly staff and a nice cup of coffee. As car dealership I would certainly go back and check out the cars when the time comes to change my car and I’ve already mentioned Dace to friends and family.

Dace Sales Rep Took The Anxiety Out Of The Whole Process.
Changing vehicles can be stressful but the rep at Dace was so helpful the whole experience from exploring options to trying make and model was enjoyable. The rep had fantastic knowledge about vehicles I looked at and was able to keep me focused on my primary needs and wishes. The return visit to collect my new car was also a joy. Really attentive and supportive. Would recommend highly.

If you’re looking for a quality second-hand car, I can highly recommend The Dace Motor Company. They have a great selection, at fixed, but realistic prices – so there’s no need to haggle (what a relief!). A £100 deposit reserved the car, which avoided some of the anxiety of buying, particularly as we were travelling from Birmingham. The man who dealt with our sale, was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Communication with him, either by phone or email before and after our visit was quick and straightforward. The company seems to have a policy of no-pressure sales, which is a real pleasure to deal with. The car was in immaculate condition. We are very happy and (despite the distance) The DMC may well be our first port of call next time.

What recommendations would you, as customers, make to Dace Motor Company with regards to their communication with consumers? Improvements/opinions please.
Dont bother with them at all low service all round from start to finsh did not know what they were doing. Even saying my car was a right off when it was not just to get from the part x deal we did. sold for more to we buy any car . Stay away if i was you
