Placed an order for some chestnut poles of various sizes on the 12th of April. Recieved an email next day saying that the products were out of stock but the delivery would be on the 26th of April, ok I thought I'll just have to delay the project slightly. By the beginning of May still no news of the delivery. Emailed AVS and was told that the relevant branch would contact me regarding the order. One week later and still no news so a second email was sent asking for a complete refund. This apparently was sent on the 5th of May but still no refund on the 11th as I write. Not good at all.

Have used AVS before but I shan't be using them again after this episode. If the products aren't in stock then label them as such and don't take people's money!

When ordering over the phone I found the service to be very helpful and professional. Always called back promptly when items could not be confirmed immediately.

Items were ordered from Wokingham branch. When picking up from the branch and when delivered to home, the staff went out of their way to make the whole process very easy.

Would recommend.

I found AVS on the internet after a search for fencing supplies near Lewes and decided to actually have a look at the quality of products they had to offer for my own eyes.

After looking around for a while I was met by a chap called Dave who worked in the yard. Dave was amazingly helpful and took me round to look at everything I asked about - and even suggested ways to get round the several problems I was trying to fix at home! I actually took his advice in the end and after buying some items was able to complete the job - well done Dave!

I will be using AVS now at every opportunity and look forward to picking Dave's brains once more!

After reading so many bad reviews from cheaper companies we thought AVS came out well and would give them a try. The process was smooth the delivery was prompt and quick and when I contacted the local branch for a rough idea of delivery time they were extremely helpful even calling me back with a time slot of 1.5 hrs which they arrived on time. My husband is pleased with the quality of the feather edge fencing too, well worth it and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you

Extremely friendly and helpful man at AVS in Rudgwick who helped us with our order. We ordered 27 sleepers and thought they would be left on our drive but the delivery man Nick couldnt do enough for me and it was not a problem to carry them through to my garden and stack them neatly. Nick was alone and done a brilliant job and was very friendly and very helpful. Why cant there be more people like AVS staff - 10/10 for everything. thanks again and will definetly be back.

AVS Fencing has a great selection of Garden Fence Panels and Concrete Fencing Posts. Easy to navigate with shop great offers, but I find the delivery areas a bit restricted.
