We installed our Folding Sliding Doors over 10 years ago, and had been enjoying them ever since. Recently, we had some structural issues in our home which had also impacted our doors and Folding Sliding Doors came to the rescue. They surveyed our site, made a plan, custom made parts to fix our specific problems and scheduled a reinstall. They also arranged for a total refurbishment on site. Their customer service was superb, their installers were expert in every way. My doors are like new.

I just finished installation of our door unit. Very pleased with product, delivery, and the help from your office when I had questions. If you follow their directions and make opening plumb and level the unit installs pretty easily. They recommend two men but we found three made job much easier. these were heavy panels and why take a chance to damage something or more importantly to get hurt moving units around.

We were missing a few grub screws or as we call them in the colonies, set screws. they responded immediately and came a few days later.

Read the manual, be careful with opening and particular with your level and the installation goes pretty well.

We chose to to recess the lower track in an existing concrete slab, bit labor intensive but well worth setting in the floor. We would purchase these products again from these folks and appreciate their help with questions we had.

We had our doors fitted over 10 years ago - just when folding sliding doors started get popular. This year, I decided that they needed a bit of loving care and so I asked FSD if they offered such a service.

The answer was yes - they do provide a care & maintenance service - and after a couple of calls to a very friendly and helpful office and some pictures emailed in to make sure they brought the right stuff, their engineer arrived as planned and the doors are better than new!

I am extremely happy with the doors and the aftercare service I have experienced and would happily recommend FSD to friends and family. GREAT JOB

The after sales service at FSD is absolutely second to none, the lady that I have dealt with over the past couple of years is amazing, her approach is so professional and so very honest, they have a really strong and ethical ethos towards customer service, which is hard to find these days.

Ordered our bi folds, given a short lead time for build. Which I doubted.

Never in bought, the guys did the turn around the confirmed, then fitted the doors on time, on the day needed. Open to the elements for only a day.

Your company certainly understands the concept of outstanding customer service, which seems so very rare these days!

We ordered some sliding doors in 2013 and have been really happy with them.

There was a small problem recently (Feb 2019) with the door opener and I sent an email to see if I could get a new pin for the handle. Well, within 48 hours, I had a whole new handle assembly that was simple to replace with 2 Philips screws - 1 minute job

I think we probably reviewed the doors in 2013 or 2014 but I wanted to take the time now to recognise the fantastic customer service. Outside warranty, delivered within 48 hours and at no cost to me. I realise it was a gesture as they were out of warranty but that’s up there with John Lewis in terms of customer service (actually better!)

Our doors are 7 years old and they’ve been great. On a Sunday afternoon the bottom lock jammed but with a bit of jiggling with the lock barrel they opened. The following morning an engineer arrived in under 24 hours from writing an email. We also had seals and brushes replaced - no charge!

Fabtastic! Good service and our doors look like new!

I wasn't actually in the country at the time of the installation so cannot comment on the initial installation, however the doors are fantastic quality and the finish and quality is exactly what we wanted.

As the building was a new build naturally there has been a small amount of movement and thus the doors needed slight adjustment a few months down the road, the two guys from The Folding Sliding Door company attended (same team as installed our doors) they were extremely professional and polite and adjusted the doors accordingly
