I ordered a server with Windows 2019 server installed on 2x4 TB drives in RAID 1. They sent me a server with 2x4 TB drives in RAID 1, but the array they created only used 2 TB of the 4 TB capacity of the disks. Of course it's not possible to expand the array without reinstalling the OS, so I returned it. They inspected it and claimed I was wrong and that it was built with the full 4 TB used for the array. However, they then told me they completely rebuilt the server and then sent it back to me. I asked them why they rebuilt it if it was built correctly in the first place, but they didn't respond. I suspect whoever originally built it simply made a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but only the best people take responsibility for their mistakes.

I am a first time customer. I am so happy I used this website and it saved me nearly £250 on a NAS device with free next day DPD delivery. I had an issue with my delivery(delivery note missing), the person I dealt with from their UK help desk sorted the matter in minutes clearing all my questions/challenges (when the parcel does not arrive and delivery note missing -I was a bit nervy!). Now I can say it is indeed a pleasure to be associated with Serverplus, and they know their business, market, and taps very cleverly into supply chain of storage devices business - so by all means make use them - you simply save money in £100s!. May be a suggestion I have is to automate/integrate delivery/shipping systems to their orders and accounts so the customer gets the tracking information via email. Thanks VP.

I ordered an NAS drive from ServersPlus and tried using it with a cheap 3T Seagate drive I'd purchased in the US. Well, I fried that hard drive, but ServersPlus got me a more suitable drive at a very reasonable price, and it arrived fast. I have ordered a number of items from this company, and in every case the service has been excellent. Even when a problem has occurred (which it has a couple of times) they have sorted it out amazingly quickly, even though in no case was it actually their fault.

Delivery is fast; in this latest case I ordered after the 'last orders' time for the day, yet the goods were still with me the following day. There is good order tracking.

I use ServersPlus because of all of the above, but also because their prices are very competitive. I shall continue to do so.

Ordered a HP Proliant Microserver through Serversplus, and I was extremely delighted with the speed and customer service they provided. I placed the order over the weekend, the item was shipped on the Monday, and I received it on the Tuesday morning, which was super quick! I purchased a HP Microserver from ServersPlus.com and using the code that was in the description they gave me free next day delivery, I ordered the server after 3pm so I didn't expect it to be delivered next day but it arrived at the time they said it would.

After having the server for a few days I had not set up the 3 year warranty yet. Serversplus.com sent me an email to remind me to do this, they also send me the activation code for the HP website.

Very good service, cheapest place I could find the server, free next day delivery and the bundle with the warranty made it cheaper than buying without (after HP cash back).
