Excellent Service
Needed a visa very quickly to go to China for a business trip. Got sorted in 6 days with the express option. Kept me informed, advised me what to change, made sure I supplied the right information. Kept me up to date with the progression of the VISA.
Recommend to anyone.
Magic- After Trying The Indian Gov't Visa Website!

Would have saved me time and temper had I started with Visa Genie.
Thanks

Excellent service and took all the stress out of applying for our India Visas which looked very daunting!
Absolutely Fantastic Service
The site was simple to read and navigate. Information and instructions were clear. Once our application for visa’s was submitted to the site the reply with further advicewas quick. Visa’s were with us within 3 days. Fantastic took all the stress out.of obtaining visa’s which if trying to obtain directly from the Indian Embassy would have been very challenging, We would definitely use again and recommend to all.
Great Communication And Help.
Visa Genie, thanks for all your help in sorting out my visa. Official site refused my photo. I contacted Visa Genie on a Friday at 4.30p.m and received my visa on Monday morning before 9 a.m. Definitely will be using them next year.
Thanks.
3rd Time And Will Be Back Again
I love Visagenie. They are so fast! As well as being very approachable. They have excellent communication skills. They answer any queries promptly and are always friendly. They really know what they are doing. They can be relied on to look after your passport and return it to you and they remove your data from the system once everything has been done. Trustworthy. Friendly. Fast!
Excellent Solution For Visas
A brilliant service that transforms stressful complex work into a low effort simple
result.
I had reached page 5 of the official online form to gain a holiday visa for India when the questions got even harder. VisaGenie had been recommended to me and I found their site. Everything became easier. They clearly know the systems well enough to deliver a fantastic result. Could not recommend more highly.
Simple, Professional & Friendly
We tried to use the official Indian Government website but were overwhelmed with the requirements and questions to answer. I do not think we would have managed to acquire our visa without the help of Visa Genie.
Visa Genie made it simple and we wished we had used them in the first place. They were very patient with our lack of experience too!
Q&A
Hi
We were going to apply for our Indian EVisas online ourselves but have read about this Company, can anyone please advise that if you send them your passport then is that all that is required on arrival at the airport in Goa as I understood that an EVisa was just a paper visa and that you can only get the stamp in your passport at the airport with fingerprint ID
This is most confusing... But still cant wait to visit Goa in 3weeks
Any help or advice would be most gratefully received
Thanks
Hi in goa now
I used them as have not got a computer at home useing these will still give you a paper visa you still get your passports stamped on arrival and still have finger prints and eyes scanned
I found useing this company stress free as no computer you can take a picture on your phone, take a picture of your picture page of your pass port email them with these, they will resize your photos and will get your visa gauranteed cost about £22.00 more than applying your selfs but thought it was worth it as Work away from home and week ends at home was more important to me then spending hours on a computer that I don’t have worrying if I could resize the picture to the right size and run it into a pdf file
If your computer literate then doing it your self might be ok but I would recommend them for hassle free Evisa
Kind regards and enjoy your trip our first time and loving it
My husband and I applied for Indian e-tourist visas on line as suggested by our tour company. My husbands was successful but mine was rejected with no reason given as to why. I checked the form throughly, the pictures were taken professionally. I've already lost $60 so reluctant to do it again as how do I know what was wrong.
We're supposed to fly out in 2 weeks it's a tour of India only. Has anyone else had this problem?
You must be feeling very upset and very worried.
I think your only option is to use Visa Genie, since they should be able to give an idea of why it was rejected and also, hopefully, help you to do a successful application for an e-visa.
I hope that helps!
Can Visa Genie help with the whole process of India Tourist application? My sister and I are going to India in 30 days and had no idea that the process would be so difficult for us. We do not have a pic, just an iPad. We have physical India Visa photographs done, so can't upload them. Can Visa Genie help?
Ive used Visa Genie three times now with visa's for mainland China and they could not be more helpful with everything regarding the visa i needed.
China wants to know everything i intend doing as a tourist and as we now going as a tourist i simply wanted to get to China and decide where and what i wanted to see and Visa Genie done all paperwork needed and will also do the photo's need for the visa.
Yes i would most deffiatley recommend using Visa Genie every time. 10 out of 10
Can they obtain a visa for us as two individuals, I have an Irish passport?
My husband (English passport) and I are flying to Mumbai and three days later we join a cruise and travel to Goa, Kerala Sri Lanka the Maldives and Seychelles, arriving back in Mumbai before flying home.
Yes phone them as they are very helpful and quick. I filled in the visa form then rang to check what I had to send i.e. Cheque, copy of passport info and photo wth the ref no from their reply to my app form and when they received it they sent the visa by post or you could have it emailed and then print off yourself. It took only about a week. It was hassle free and would use them again without a doubt. Good hols
I am visiting lndia on a cruise Feb 2017 6 hours in Mumbai & 6 hours in Cochin. Is it a Tourist Visa l need of an e-Visa please?
An e visa is fine but check with cruise company that you really need one as we have been on cruises where the company have obtained a waiver because of the very short visit time
Going forward, I am likely to travel to India at least yearly. I would therefore like to apply for a 5 year visa. I am Indian with a British passport, arranged by my father when I was very young so do not have the original Indian passport. I am unsure how to get my birth certificate as was born in India 54 years ago. My father has passed away and mother also has British passport and no birth certificate. How do I proceed?
I have booked flights for India in Nov 2016 so need to action asap. Thank you.
I am going on a cruise and have 3 stop offs in India. Which visa do I require?
Also do I need one for a one day stop off to Oman?
You will need the 6 month multiple entry as the e visa does not allow you in and out of the country. Enjoy ????
When is best to apply for visa? We are going to Goa on the 1st November 2016. Thanks
I would suggest 4 weeks beforehand as this gives you a 2 week buffer although to be fair visa genie in all the years we have never taken more than 10 days
We are going on a cruise later this year and will be visiting India for 1 day. Do you need the visa required for cruise ship visits?
Thank you
I am very sure you will need a visa. Your cruise company may be able to help. If not, the "visa on entry" sceme is prettry easy but if you want to use an agent I found Visa Gene very good.
My friend and his partner have had their tourist visa declined, he said they filled in the e form without mistakes and then submitted them. He is due to pay the full amount for his flights in the next couple of days. They were done accordingly to the date they would arrive in India, he has tried calling a number but there was no answer. Can you suggest anything please?
Did you do it via Visagenie?
If not, the best idea is to resubmit it via them - they'll be able to point out any problems which they think caused it to be declined.
