I Have Actively Been Contacted By Text Message And
I have actively been contacted by text message and threatened with legal action, county court etc for supposed money owed to these people for a service that we clearly cancelled 2 years previously as it wasn't working (we didn't know at the time that others also find their 'service' underperforming). They were citing some kind of breach of contract that had never been made! The calls came from Charter House Law (?their subsidiary?) and could have been convincing if you are intimidated by this kind of bull.. Stay well away and don't engage with them at all...

Started working with this SEO Company last year when I came on board for a SEO campaign we discussed a number of options that suited my budget and decided a re build of my website was more cost effective and would help SEO and conversions.
The site took a while to get sorted but the end result was worth the wait and after an initial drop in rankings within a week it started to improve. The team were transparent with the work they were doing with long link reports and sending over all the content and slowly the rankings started to do really well.
They got us to the top 5 for most of our keywords and changed focus to do social media and links that would bring converting traffic we discussed competitions and using Facebook to target our customers. This worked brilliantly and was all included in our SEO retainer.

Seo Doesn't Work, If You Do Not Have Patience.
The problem is with SEO is that the results are not instant. I wasn't aware of this. They offered me a one one trial and I wasn't convinced but thought of trying it further. I started to lose hope in the third month and that's when my ranking started shooting upwards. I could have accused them of being useless after the first month, or second; but thank goodness that I researched on the internet about how SEO works before I started accusing them of not delivering the needed. I have an account manager and a direct number to call them too. I am still a customer.
Indeed, I was requested to write an honest review here, but hey, it's a genuine appreciation of Team 7, who work on my project! Keep it up.

I work for Brighton Carpet Centre ( A small family firm)
We paid £140 in December 2011 for advertising that was supposed to start in January, we postponed this until the January 9th.
Since then we have tried to contact you regarding advertising but this has not been successful..
After a few months passed, we received Legal action from a team working for you ((Charter House Law)). Whom was very rude and unprofessional..
We have had nothing from you, so why is there Legal action being taken? we have paid you for a service that was not received ..
We have accepted the fact that you have not and will not do our advertising, so why would legal action be taken against us, if anythinhg we should be taking this to you.!?

Hi there, We were caught in South Africa. We have had the same happen to us. This alias (name removed) is the rude man! If you phone 021 3002796 he will answer. It seems like a Cape Town number but this number is NOT our local telkom service provider.
This (name removed) has a heavy Brit accent.
They have two Standard Bank account numbers:
******** and ******** both these accounts are held at Constantia in Cape Town where the elite live!
The two addresses we found under Who's do exist but their scam company does not have offices in those buildings. We have confirmation on this.
Charter House Legal seems to be owned by The Technical Guys.
These guys and girls are top class scammers!
NOW! The only way one can put a stop to this happening to someone else is to open a case at your local police station. We have and I have been in contact with my bank and Standard Bank Fraud Dept.they will require a case number.
Please if everyone can just take the time and effort and then these people will be locked up. Please please!

Fbg Internet Aka New Approach Marketing
Beware of FBG Internet and New Approach Marketing.
FBG Internet called me last month to ask if we wanted to do some facebook advertising with them. I explained that we do this already in house - direct with facebook, and then proceeded to be WOWed by talk of how they are a specialist agency that has huge global buying power and get amazing click through rates. We would be amazed by how much business our own dedicated account manager would get us.
Sadly I fell for it, I trusted them and paid to use their service and in my opinion got ripped off.
What ensues is their farce of a response threatening to sue me after posting a review of the service from their legal bullys at Law Services Dept. Grounds for the law suit? An incorrect allegation that we had requested a refund on the original fee from our bank (which we did not - that would be a breach of contract by us) and allegations of slander! Well you decide if the following is slanderous. in my opinion people have a write to air their opinions of a service received, still what ensues kind of just shows the care and attention and due diligence Law Services Dept and FBGInternet put into their work.
So, if you are considering FBG Internet, you might want a read of this correspondence between me and them, and judge for your self if they are right for you.

Which is entertaining as you are supposedly a law company and should actually know what the definition of slander is(which you are clearly not otherwise you would not be so foolish to write these kind of thinking on the internet as it just makes you show how bad at practising law you really must be.) If you don´t agree feel free to sue me.
For the benefit of the good people out there actually wanting to find a review fbg internet and Law services department the actual nature of our grievance with FBG was not the "the advertising did not work". It was due to the fact we were charge €350 approximately for their service which actually delivered the equivanlent of €33 worth of advertising direct on facebook. But hey you can all read (Law Services Department Excluded) and make up your own minds.
Oh an one other thing, as you can see The review center actually reposted my review after the guys at Law Services Department requested it be removed and here is thier opinion on the matter:

lost over £700 with this outfit , after 6 months not had any more visits to my website, although they say we had 1000,s and more.
i went back to them a nd said well i use google analitics and i can see who and when they have visited the website and from where.
New Approach's comments on this was that google analitics does not give a fair comparison. ????? eh aint they supporting Google , i approached Google and they are in no way affiliated with these money grabbing scum.
