It looks as if this company has closed down, taking my phone and many others with it! My experience exactly as detailed by others below. Sent phone in November. Received OK and valued OK (albeit only at £42)"payment pending" ever since!! Impossible to contact and now impossible to access website.

I expect they will just re-open under another name shortly and rip off some more unsuspecting folks!

Sent my excellent condition Samsung phone with charger and change of cover with box not heard a thing! Sent by special delivery arrived 2nd of December and sent letter 9th of December still not heard a thing usually so careful cannot believe this company are allowed to get away with this sort of trading I am going to take out a small court claim just out of principle.Don't use this company.

I sent them two of my phone blackberry and Nokia nearly two months ago .... Always it show the payment in pending...

I send them several times emails, no response, they are a rubbish company taking advantage of honest people pls don't use this company cos u will never get a penny.... 

They take a pi.. they missing round with wrong person,,,, I will pop in there wherhouse is person ?, has anyone want to come.... This site should be burn...

I sent my Nokia lumina 925 to this company as they offered £175 they received the phone 30/10/2013 and by 11/11/2013 I was changed to accepted payment pending I waited over a wk when I emailed to which I had no response. At this point I was a little concerned and searched google to see all these bad reviews! I messaged them threatening legal action still no response but now my account no longer exists with them!! DO NOT USE THEM.

This company does not seem to be legit! They took my phone and did not send me the cheque. They have not replied to any of my emails and I have sent many. Do not use them! There are many many more people in this situation. Their ex-staff have been confirming that this is standard practice for them (to take the phone and not pay!).

Well, my good lady wife made the mistake of not researching this company and sending her old Blackberry to these sharks.

So guess what? Like a lot of other previous posters, they've got the phone, had it for some time actually, as we know they signed for it. But have we heard nothing, their customer service number is just on a constant loop of recorded message that you know is never get answered and they have not responded to the online messages that have been sent.

So, my advice is to avoid these guys like the plague, some interesting information reference being struck off by the London Gazette and activity regarding companies house etc.

But don't worry, I don't have any intention of giving up, just so you know Cash4Phones, we've been onto Trading Standards, Watchdog and I intend visiting your company address soon.

You will be giving my wife her phone back!

Hi - As per all the reviews below I have not received my Money. No reply on the emails and took about an hour for someone to answer the phone.

The lady said that the website has been updated advising of the money transferring issues they are having. I 've had a look and I have not been able to find any such update. She also stated that they have been having this issue this week but seems from these reviews that some people have been waiting since September for their money so a bit longer than a week then.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

I was first quoted £126 for my Samsung galaxy S2 then received second offer of £51 due to wear and tear which I accepted as I was scratched and chipped. I posted the phone on the 6th September and have still received no payment keep getting emails saying problems with there accounts department and have not received money as promised in 5 separate emails.

I am starting to lose hope of ever getting my money and am considering contacting the police and trading standards. I sold this phone because I need the phone not to be messed about unfairly. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Sent my phone in, well wrapped as they asked. Phone was then 'assessed' and a new offer made for £53 from the initial £132. I accepted this as i didn't want the hassle of the return, which I'm sure is what they were counting on. Payment should have been made end of September and guess what... Like everyone else i am still waiting! I've had two replies to my emails both saying the same rubbish about transfer issues and that the money will be paid 'shortly'. Haven't been able to get through on the phone... Ridiculous.

I bet they're selling the phones on for full price to other websites and pocketing all the cash. like everyone else i will be registering this with trading standards, watchdog etc they need to be put out of business
