New Conservatory/sunroom Supplied And Fitted

Hi, we wanted a conservatory/sunroom design that was modern and that’s what Enviro offered, the whole job went to plan, the builder had a difficult task to build our foundations due to the access but he manage to work round it.

Enviro joiners were a lovely lads a great team nothing was any bother, then the electrician followed, then we had a final inspection from the director himself to check and make sure everything went to plan.

We are delighted with the Conservatory/Sunroom it is well insulated to use all year round.

Enviro Windows Is The Best Glazing Company In The Uk

Me and my partner recentley bought an old run down castle in scotland. Enviro windows supplied and fitted 57 Sliding sash and casement windows in this massive rennovation. We had some very dear quotes but Enviro Windows where the only realistic Quote. Everything is now finished and wow what an amazing job the guys have done they really are second to none they had x2 fitting teams on our job working all days of the week to get it finished in time for our deadline. The guys worked so well under our tight time scale and managed to get the job finished with time to spare. The order to install was such a smooth an easy process from the start and what a wonderful man he is (NOT ONE OF THEY ANNOYING SALESMEN YOU CANT GET RID OF). A real joy to be around. after making our initial showroom visit on Monday the 09th of december. 2023 he came down to measureup all of the windows for us that same evening. The job was completed and finished not even 4 weeks after the order was put through we honestley could not be more happy.I have worked in the construction sector all my life and what a firm to buy from they run a company the way it should ran be putting the customer first and the leaps and hurles they go though to satisfy is brilliant a real round of applause is overdue this compmany will go far. They will be 100% getting my reccomendation and all my future work.

Thanks For The Team For A Fantastic Job

The company has recently finished my new conservatory and what a great job it is. From the very start we were well informed by the salesman who left no stone unturned in designing our room. He went into great detail to find out what we required from the room and delivered a great design.

We were kept informed right through the process. The builder was excellent and made very little mess of the garden for such a large project. When the fitting team arrived they worked non stop, and even worked in difficult weather conditions to complete the room.

The end result was stunning, and much admired by all our friends.

Once again many thanks team we could not have been more delighted with the finnised product

Do Not Use This Company

We recently had new front door fitted. The salesman is helpfull and I could not say anything bad about him. However the owner of this company is just awful and the 10 year no quibble guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.

I had my door fitted and within a few months the handle was scratched. I called but got no answer then a few wks later the lock jammed. I called and spoke to the salesman who said he would get someone to0 call my, while on phone I mentioned the condition of the handle. I did not het a call back so over 1 week later I was unfortunate enough to speak to the owner. He actually shouted at me down the phone telling me there was "no way I would get a handle from him, it would cost me £50 quid". He barked that they would fix the barrel but that was it, he was the owner and slammed the phone down on me.

They did come out and replace the Barrell which was the wrong size, I was then left for 3 weeks with a door that was not secure. When I called and spoke to the salesman about this, the owner came and was shouting in the back ground that "Yes the handle was scratched to bugary, he had seen a picture of it but I would have to pay £50". He was rude and nasty. I think the salesman was embarrassed by his behaviour.

Eventually I got my lock fixed and on advice I sent an email to the owner with a chronology of events, asking why he thought he could shout at me and treat customers this way. i also asked why I was not getting my handle replaced when I had a guarantee. I spent alot of money what exactly did he think I had done to the handle in the space of a few months. His only response is that they will replace when I pay £50.

Therefor I would advise anyone looking for good service do not go near this place, Th owner is an absolute disgrace, i do not know how he is still in business.

I have never spoken to you. I don't know why I am shocked with this response. In order to conclude this I am giving your company permission to put ion this site and to make public all recordings you have in your posession of Conversations between your company and myself. Please put it out there.

Also when you see the damage on the handle a child can see this is not caused by keys as it is all over the upper side where keys do not touch. Why would I spend thousands of pounds to then cause "malicious" damage to my own property?? If you like I will record or put pictures up and perhaps you can explain this since you are the expert.

I would also like to take this opportunity to warn you I will not stand for you or your company making slanderous allegations about me, I am prepared to take this matter further.

Hello and thank you for Review, It is Peter Head of customer care, I am familiar with your Job, As I was also on the phone with you several times, After explaining to you scratches and malicious Damage caused by your keys and yourself are not covered under the ten year guarantee. once I received a handful of abuse from yourself through the telephone on 2 occasions I told you that Me and my colleague would be down to review all your claims, Once down we adjusted your door so it would close easier for your wife, When you then mentioned the handle it was evident that the damage was caused by yourself, which we took photographs of. we explained to you since the handle has been scratched by yourself it would cost £50 Who at the time Agreed and said that is fine. As for your claims of shouting and being arrogant, all calls are recorded and have been reviewed and I have not came across any conversations between you and the owner. I will say to you one last time what I have previously repeated, Your guarantee will still be valid for any Faults caused BY THE PRODUCT until the 10 year period expires but we would strongly recommend only phoning if there is a genuine fault or problem

Great work. Had a new door fitted and there was a small scratch in the glass. Replaced with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend this company for their incredible customer service.

New Fascia Board

Used this Company to replace my double glazed windows to triple glazed, in total thirteen windows one back door and storm doors to front of property. Fitters are always pleasant and very helpful and tidy when working. Just contacted the company very late Friday afternoon asked to call to back at 10 am next day and spoke to a very helpful gentleman and within 90 mins I received the fascia board I required delivered. Absolutely delighted with this service. Recently recommended this company to my neighbours who placed a order for two large windows.

Always find this family run business very helpful.

Composite Door Fitted

We went to the shop and the salesman there was very courteous and helpful. He showed us the door and all the fittings plus glass and gave us the price and said because of Covid 19 it would be about 6 weeks. That worked in just before Christmas and suited us fine. Just before we were due to get the door he phoned us to say it was held up because England had went into lock down and the factory was having to close. 3 days later he phoned us again and told us that 4 doors arrived from the factory and ours was one of them and how would Monday suit us to fit it. The fitter came on the Monday morning about 8.30 am and started. By 11.30 the door was installed and working perfectly. He demonstrated how to close and lock it. He left the place completely tidy and I did not need to touch a thing. Within 30 minutes the hall was lovely and warm and no draughts at all. The door is beautiful and even the postman rang my bell the next day to ask me where I got it from, how much was it and also he said it was a beautiful door, I of course agreed. We are extremely pleased with the door, the fitting of it, the price and the service. I have already recommended the company because the door recommends itself.

New Windows With Integrated Blinds

This was our first time using this firm and I can say with confidence that it won't be the last!!

From our initial contact with a man in Sales and the Proprietor to the installation team, everything was done in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

The final product far exceeded our previously high expectations, and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company to friends and family. We also found the overall price to be very reasonable.

We should also mention that the installation team worked very hard, completing the job earlier than expected and left NO mess whatsoever.

If you're thinking of getting new windows, doors or anything else they provide get in touch with them, you won't be disappointed!!

Enviro Windows Clydebank

We used Enviro Windows Clydebank on 2 previous occasions (new front door install & a new bathroom window). So it was a no brainier in contacting them to renew all other door & window units in the house.

The window/door quality is to a high standard as was the install by Enviro’s fitters who were courteous, friendly & tidy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Enviro, Clydebank to family, friends or anyone passing comment.

had a door installed and fitter damaged tile in bathroom in ajoining room when i phoned and said i could not find a replacment tile to match the phone was put down on me what kind of service is that use this company at your peril

I had installed 11 windows installed June 2018 unfortunately I had installers out 3 times to reseal bay windows at front because of whistling humming when wind blows! I have contacted the owner again a fortnight ago to be told theres nothing he can do its the vents! what vents? Today Sunday 13th September Im sitting in my livingroom where this problem exists turned radio up, watching tv nightmare turning volume up and down in harmony with whistling!

Going to phone tomorrow but know what answer will be any suggestions as to how I solve this problem?
