I have been using Webhost.uk.net wordpress web hosting plan since 2013, I should agree I got real peace of mind since I have migrated to them from 123reg. 123REG struggle to offer good support and update . since I upgraded my wordpress hosting to SSD server hosting with them website speed had been great. Support of WebhostUK is always available assist with any problem faced. Hardly had any downtime with webhostUK since moving to this guys. what I like is most is the pricing the do not charge unnecessary charges and packages are pretty reasonable.

I have used the on-line chat service for technical support on several occasion, I have found the service to be prompt and the people on the other end very helpful.To date they have been able to resolve any issue that I have presented.

I am hosting my website with webhost and really happy with the service. The staff is generally very competent but the person I dealt with is a star.

Wehhost.uk.net has excellent support - both for basic questions (e.g. domain transfers) and for more technical assistance. Response is always very quick and they are very knowledgeable. They always manage to answer my questions and / or resolve any issues I'm having. They avoid jargon unless absolutely necessary and you are emailed a transcript of the conversation afterwards so you can refer back to it - useful if you have been given instructions to follow. Overall I'd recommend them as a host for their support alone!

Don't even try this company. I'm surprised that they are getting this many (good) reviews.  Their support people use fake English sounding names but the 1st level support is likely somewhere in India. Upgrades are never on time and they lost my payment twice. The last time resulting in my account suspension despite my protest. Just got ignored

Our bell tower website had been hosted on personal ISP webspace which tied me into an ISP because ISP's do not seem to offer personal webspace anymore.

WebHostUK came to the rescue, and offered to sponsor/host for free as a website for a small charity. The transition has been pretty smooth, and any difficulties soon overcome using their 24/7 chatroom support.

Upload via FTP smooth, download speeds seem pretty snappy, reliability so good so far (nearly 6 months now). Possibility of using more features than were available with old ISP webspace... something to explore, but have confidence if I struggle their chatroom will be invaluable.

There is some small advertising requested in exchange for hosting free, but these can be integrated relatively unobtrusively while still in a relatively prominent position, and are fair exchange for the service received. I think you can even earn from any referrals if set up as an affiliate... on my todo list, but I'm happy for the time being to promote without receiving anything more than the web hosting.
