Absolutely sham! Item was not as described on the web site, order was £183.00 and consisted of A4 "sleeves" but individual sheets arrived NOT sleeves. We had to pay to ship the item back at the cost of £8.95 with ParcelForce the refund then took almost 4 weeks to be paid and the refund was only £138.00, a total of £45.00 less than the original order cost?? How they can charge this for delivery is ridiculous! AVOID at all costs!

Good arrived with pieces missing and broken. Wouldn't exchange then even though they hadn't been taken out of box. Really unhelpful avoid at all cost.

Displaysense was a fantastic firm to work with. I ordered four glass cabinets for my showroom, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

After looking around for 3 display cabinets for my vape business, I decided to buy the oak glass units from Displaysense.

Ordering was simple and the delivery came a few days later via a very polite 2 man delivery service. I only wish the delivery team could have set up all the stock inside for me too! haha

I ordered three clothes rails from this company of which two were fine. The third was to large to fit into the room that we wanted it to go in. Instructions simple enough until we tried to put the wheels on and there was a rubber insert missing in the tube where the wheel goes. So having then realised it wouldn’t fit and there was also a wheel missing along with a couple of scratches we decided to return at our own expense.

I will be honest when I received an email saying they were not going to refund me as it had been used. It had not been used, simply erected and taken down and repacked in the packing and box it came in.

They offered to send it back to me at my expense. What use is a oversized rail with three wheels to me.

Typical of these companies to take your money and then offer a poor returns service. If you try something on let’s say from next or M&S do they then say sorry you can’t return it as it’s been used.

Well it’s your choice it I would shop elsewhere.

I needed some storage boxes and rails to act as storage in the room that i'm renting and it couldn't have been any easier. Website was clear and simple and any questions i did have were answered quickly by the sales team. Buying was pretty straight forward after that and prices were reasonable. Rang up soon after to find out about my delivery time and as soon as i got them, they were easy to set up and use. Can't really ask for more and would order from them again if i needed to.

Once you buy something forget about returning it.

They will stretch the law basically break the law to get away with not refunding you.

I got stuck with broken item since last year.

Cost me over thousand pounds.

Only just get round try to fix it and guess what the remote IS NOT WORKING I can not do anything now.

What a waste.

I purchased an item last year which I felt the quality wasn't very good for the money I had paid. After using it once the product was damaged when I called customer service I asked for this product to be looked into and was told they wouldn't and refused to deal with the complaint any further. I gave them the benefit of the doubt ordered the same item only for the same thing to happen! I've been told the damage is caused by vibrations of a car - perhaps there should be a warning label on the box not to transport this item! We transport this item very carefully with more than adequate packaging to protect it.

I have spoken to the same person in Customer Service and I am appalled at how I have been treated! She was antagonistic, rude and refused to look into this claim any further. I was left shaken and extremely frustrated after my calls with her. It is clear why you have a no names policy at this company and it give the green light to your advisers to speak to your customers anyway they please without recriminations

I ordered a Ghost Mannequin for this company which was advertised on their website as being available. After accepting the order, they subsequently contacted me to say they could not supply it and that they would need to charge me an additional £100(ish) to send the new model.

I asked what discount they could provide as a result of the significant inconvenience this had caused and the "customer service supervisor" was extremely dismissive and rude, not remotely interested in helping. The irony is - had we received good service we would likely have made significant extra purchases from the company. Quite why they wouldn't give a 10-15% discount as a goodwill gesture I'm not sure.

At no point did I receive an apology or even an acknowledgement that just maybe they might be at fault. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your goods as the company simply doesn't care and there are others out there who will provide a much better service.

When I received this Best Steam GAR1500 Clothes Steamer I nearly instantly sent it back. It clearly shows from the box it was from China but that was not the only reason. The quality of the machine just looks so cheap, so plasticky, so brittle and weak looking.

The extending pole is very flimsy and the coat hanger at the top is useless when you try and put say a polo top on it (the collar just gets squished).

The PLASTIC CONTAINER at the front is where this machine fails totally.It is made of very brittle, non flexible plastic that you might find in a pound shop. The handle is small and it is difficult to hold when wet.

You then place the container into the front of the unit to use. But

this is where the plastic is at fault. This machine is advertised as a commercial/domestic machine bear in mind. The container quickly developed a crack from the filler cap near the original plastic seam line. Now lets out water. I complained to displaysense but to no avail. Completely regimented reply that it was not returned within 28 days and it is not a fault.

No compromise, no talk of the warranty.

I have spoken to a few people who have also bought this machine and all had cracking issues with no redress by Displaysense. Some have gone over to ProPress (who also say they have had similar reports about this machine).

This machine was originally advertised at over £200 and then sold in the sale at £99.It is not worth even half of that. You might say you get what you pay for but if there is a fault with cracking it needs to be addressed.

The water contained should be strong enough to be knocked, dropped even on a carpet (some have dropped this from thigh height onto a soft carpet and it has cracked totally open).

If you are thinking of buying one or their new updated version I would think again. There are no provisions for spare parts, no flexibility on the faults.

There are the same cheap type of machines branded Conair and similar at much cheaper prices.

So I used it with my own coat hanger where the hose sits instead. The machine works but only really on the second setting for me, the first one must just be for the odd silk scarf or something.

The steam comes and goes and is not consistent.

Displaysense also convinced me to buy 6 bottles of descaler. ProPress view on descaler is use a cheap pound shop one, its fine.

So steer clear, do not buy if you are a business. This is a poor cheap Chinese import. Terrible.

No money back, no replacement parts, no resolution.
