They Are The Worst Company I Seen And Trickster
They never return my money back, they keep the shoes and my money!!! shame on you Zara, we work hard for our money. I'm begging for my money for 6 weeks, you cant keep people's money Zara!!

Customer Service Is An Insult To Customers
I have been dealing with an online order that was never delivered to me, for nearly 3 weeks. There is no one you can talk to on the phone. Their online chat, WhatsApps or FB is al virtual AI driven where you get standard answers that do not address your complaint. I have received standard emails (that you can also not respond to) saying " checking with the transport your order has been delivered successfully". I have given Zara the coordinates from the delivery company stating that those do not belong to my address, but they just respond " robotically " that " nothing wrong with your delivery". I have an automated email saying the order has been delivered, with not photo of where did they leave the parcel, as it is customary if you are not at home. It is absolutely appalling !
I have called Amazon shipping who was delivering the order on behalf of Zara and I was treated awful too, saying they cannot discuss anything and I need to go back to Zara and take it up with them. Amazon does not seem to address that their drivers could make mistakes, ( I do not wish to think they are dishonest too).Basically playing "ping pong".
For a big company like Zara, I consider this behaviour totally unacceptable and I must say I will never order anything on line from them again and would recommend anyone that does, to be very careful as there is no guarantee that you will ever receive your orders.
I have filled in their document "denial of receipt form" and sent it to them 6 times on WhatsApp and Virtual Chat.... it has come to nothing. Sometimes I have got an answer hours later saying " we confirm order delivered successfully
I have been left with no solution, no goods, and not money. I feel cheated.

Worst customer service ever!!!! For a world wide company, worst ive ever experienced. Questions never get read, repeat myself million times. Responses that dont even make sense!!!! I just have had enough!!! Made an order with 2 of the same items in different sizes. Both prices are different. They keep telling me that the price can change at any time??? How does that make any sense! Disgusting customer services. On top of that. It takes them forever to respond and you are lucky if they do!

I Have Waited And Requested A Refund Over Several
I have waited and requested a refund over several hours and over a 2 weeks. Still no refund despite giving bank details. The item ordered was not even in stock when I was advised to order it from the store. This item was to replace my original order was a dress I bought online which was clearly not the size it claimed to be. STILL WAITING

I made an online order….the wrong items were delivered to me..the 2 of the items I ordered are now out of stock..in order to get a refund..I have to take the package to the post office and mail it back…this is absurd.

Verbally Abused At Leeds City Centre Store
Purchased 2 items in the Leeds city centre store and when leaving, the alarm went at the door. I thought a tag had been left on but the Ladieswear floor manager scanned my coat, shouted that there was a top in my coat, marched me through the store on a busy afternoon to the office. I was in shock and humiliated. She shouted at me to take off my coat and of course there was no item inside it. She said there must be something wrong with her scanner and continued to verbally abuse me. When reported, Customer Service said they investigated the issue, the scanner was faulty apologised for the mistake and offered a voucher so I would shop there again which of course I won’t. Horrific experience

Zero Stars Should Be An Option
Sent me an unrequested replacement item THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR and now are blocking the return and refusing to refund me. You literally do not deserve to be in business. Your staff in store are miserable and your online customer service is a good as a chocolate teapot. The most horrific customer service I have ever seen and not sure how this is legally even allowed. Reported also to trading standards.

To be honest one star is too much if compare with Zara customer service, I have some experience with the refund,I returned the parcel by YODEL on the 23th Nov 23.Today is 16 December,I have chatted 3times with their business account what’s up,they told me twice for waiting for response for 48hours, since these days I heard Nothing at all.so today is third time chatted with them,they said "Please be informed that our warehouse has not received the items mentioned by you. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process the refund for the item(s). We are sorry we cannot be of more assistance"
I have sent the parcel back,I have relavant receipt to proof,they just gave me that f...k response! As customer I can't accept this,I can't pay for nothing!!!dear friend,you should be award with Zara,you could lose fortunes shopping with Zara !

Deplorable Customer Service
Absolute disgusting customer service. Am surprised to note that I am not the only one complaining about items returned for refund but warehouse claiming not received. Still no action by Zara clothing. It’s all over the reviews forums. Called & chatted customer services several times but no positive response. No call backs , no managers actions, no proof of investigations if any. Am at loss of almost £100 because of this. Have been their customer for almost 15 years with no regard to loyalty. Zara needs to get investigated !!

I wish I could leave a no stars review - dreadful.
I bought a t-shirt while visiting Edinburgh for the day in Aug 21. The fitting rooms were closed due to Covid, so I couldn't check it fitted. Unfortunately, it was too small.
I live more than 60 miles from the store. There used to be a store where I live, but they closed it down. The first chance I had to go back, was yesterday.
The fitting rooms were open and they had the larger size which fitted perfectly. I took it to the cash desk for an exchange, but the assistant said I couldn't just swap them over as I was too late - the returns expiry date had passed. I spoke to the manager, who reiterated what the girl had said. I explained I wasn't looking for a refund - just to get a different size. She said she couldn't do it without an authorisation code from Customer Services and handed me a card with a telephone number to call.
I called them and the guy I spoke to was very unhelpful. He kept on just repeating he couldn't do anything as the returns date had passed.
He wasn't interested in listening to the reason why there had been a delay in the return and would not engage with the points I raised - just like a broken down record, repeating the same line over and over.
When I asked about giving the store an authorisation code for to allow the exchange - he said that did not happen. He had absolutely no customer service skills at all. Not one member of staff tried to understand or care about the situation - just not interested.
I cannot understand why they could not have just swapped one size for another.
I had tried to order the larger size online through their website.
The first time they sent me a pair of sandals. The second time, they sent what was tagged as an XL, but measured exactly the same as the L I already had. Both were returned. The 2nd one wasn't refunded until I chased it up 2 WEEKS after they had received the return.
I won't be giving this company one more penny. You have lost a customer for being so petty, uncaring, unprofessional and unreasonable.
