Ordered oil back in november still no oil, no reply to emails not sure I will get my money back because I think it's all just a conn! karma you f@*!ers!

I too have had the same problem ordered oil from this rubbish company on 2nd Feb still heard nothing, no answer to emails, not answering telephone calls, website just disappeared. am hoping to claim back with my bank but really hope this company get their payback for all the problems they have caused people for taking their money!

Another victim of Golocate fuel. Ordered in November and kept being fobbed off time and again. January cancelled and asked for money back. Told it would take no more than 30 days but still waiting. Now no reply to e-mail and no money. Any advice. Ana

As with eveyone else here, we've been conned.I doubt there will be any new victims as from today the website does not exist, nor it seems does the company or my money.

Unfortunately I have also become a victim of this company. It has been over 30 days and no refund. Shame I read the review until after I placed the order. Very quick to take you money but they will not give them back. I have contacted Watchdog and trading standards in Wales so hoping I will get some justice. If you were conned by this company, please let bbc watchdog know as they are more likely to investigate! I will keep trying to recover my money. I wish I paid by credit card my worries would be over now!

I ordered fuel in December: it still hadn't arrived in early February so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No reply to my emails and their phone is not answered. I paid by debit card but my bank (Barclays) have been brilliant and refunded me. I should have done my on-line research before using Go-Locate Fuel.

Please do nor order from this company. I am having warning bells ringing as they cannot be contacted. No one answers their phone number.

Leaving messages is no good either as no one gets back to you.

I rang the consumer protection today, alerted Which and am going alert Ofcom. Something is not right there.

NEVER use golocatefuel they are con men! PLEASE CONTACT WATCHDOG!!! I order at the beginning of november and waited the 15 days for delivery and nothing, i have had to cotact them all the way along not once have they attempted to get in touch with me. after being fobbed of with bad weather and supply problems i gave up waitting and asked for a refund i was told 30 days. it has now been 36 days and nothing they have now stop responding to me and Ben is very rude and uncaring but whatcon man isnt. i still have no heating oil as i cant aford to buy any more till i get a refund. it has not beenfun boiling the kettle to do the washing up.

Ordered and paid for 1000 litres on 1st February, Promised 10 to 14 days for delivery, After 16days I tried to ring them, no response. Tried to email, no response, tried again and again, still no response. Hate to think I have been conned, usually very careful. Perhaps the Police should become involved, surely they are fraudsters! Con-men at the very least! Anyone have their address? We should hasve a MINUS rating available on this site. One star is 100 times too many!
