Extremely Disappointed - Don't Order With Them
Ordered products to the value of £70 - and with standard delivery. The delivery stated estimated delivery between 3-5 Oct. I took that to mean delivery between those dates, but apparently everything is an estimate - which they should make clear on their website.
On the 3rd the status had not changed to being in production so called. Was told it would definitely be there by the 4th. On the 4th I called and was told that there had been an error printing a t-shirt - apparently it 'just happens sometimes'(again not something mentioned in their marketing materials - wonder why). Not very comforting or helpful.
They said they might be able to get it to me on Friday 6th Oct. When I asked if the delivery could be expedited (with me paying) was told no, even though it was an error on their part.
Called on the 5th Oct and it's still not in production.
Appalling service. Was told that managers don't speak to customers. And that if i wanted a callback I could have one - but there was no guarantee when they would get in touch. Apparently the corporate team don't take calls either - they should update their website with clearer details about orders and when they fail.
Don't order with them.

I would like to say a big thank you for those people to managed to get my t-shirts done as a requested . They all look great . This is a very nice serious and hard work company . Apart from the fact that next day delivery is very expensive , anything as is brilliant . Thank you so much to all you get involved.

I Thought Good But Actually Not Really Good ! Bad
I ordered 5,6 things from clothes2order . First couple thing print on t shirts was great . Next , I wanted to do customise on hoodies. On website writing down that print is not suitable for hoodies. I decided to do embroidery with pictures of my cat. After I order , they send me E mail of this is what going to happen with embroidery…. I thought looking good . I said yes to go a head . Again I got mail , now saying too big pic on the back of the hoodie that embroider will be cost a lots to them and make a damage the fabric . And they suggested to do by print instead of embroidery…. NOW. I got bit of confuse here : COZ on web is saying not good print. and stuff …. saying do print …. . Results was bad …. Looks so bad print with vinyl. About Vinyl. They never told me !! I complain to customers service. I explained also ask sone questions. They are ignoring my question. Even they said , don’t hesitate to ask .they don’t want to listen . Looks like they just finish this job ASAP ! Super bad bad !!!!! 2023 …. Come on . Do your work properly. Make customer happy mate !!!

Do Not Buy!
DO NOT BUY! Really poor quality products. Made an order of 12 and had to send 6 items back for review. All products tiny in size, shocking customer service and really tight, don't want to replace or give full refund.
Products also fading after 2 washes will last a month at most.

Complete And Utter Disappointment
Complete and utter disappointment. We have been using them a couple of years now and we placed a large Christmas order approx £500 on 27th November for delivery 10-15th December which would have given us plenty of time to get everything forwarded on. Seems they delayed even producing any of our items as one thing was out of stock; we had 60 items, so they did not start to produce any of them or send any out until they had this one out of stock item - we would have been happy receiving a couple of deliveries. Numerous chasing and then we were promised everything would go out 18th Dec, but no, it was still sat in their warehouse on Monday morning of 21st Dec. They promised to send it out that day and here we are 17.15 on 22 Dec STILL without our delivery and have now missed last posting to get the items to our customers before Christmas. Totally abysmal service and will have to look for another supplier as we cannot afford for this to happen again. They have made us look completely inept to our own customers and not sure how many we will now lose because of this. They also need to teach their customer service staff not to sigh when we are having to chase them up yet again for an error they made! Unable to speak to founder or MD as they are on leave - weird taking leave at probably their peak time!
Would be giving zero stars but review won't post unless there is at least one star which in all honestly they don't deserve!

American Customers Please Be Aware!
American customers please be aware! You are slammed with extra import/customs fees and delays which are not disclosed when you place your order. What may seem like a decent price at first, becomes way too expensive. There are cheaper and faster solutions available here in the US. Don't be fooled by the banner on their website that states that there are no hidden fees or that you pay what you see. Because you don't!

I've been reminded today about the importance of good customer service. Being too busy is not an excuse I accept. If things go wrong (as they sometimes do in real life) then my top priority is to look after my customer and get the product to them, whatever it takes.
Unfortunately things work differently at Clothes2Order who have been so busy that they unilaterally decided to shift the delivery date for my promotional t-shirts until next week. I ordered these 3 weeks ago and need them for charity fundraising at Harwell Feast on Monday.
Despite big efforts to try and get part of my order finished and couriered out, the end result is still no t-shirts.#timetochangesupplier
Until now, Clothes2Order have been the sole clothing supplier for my business. Unless they somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat; that stops now.

Underwhelming.
Received the product this morning and completely underwhelmed. Hat is not "quality", but pretty shabby and the stitching on the front is laughable - it's thin and fragile and it's already started to lose shape (worn it for 20 minutes).
Disappointed and money thrown down the drain.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE:
- ORDER TOOK A MONTH
- TOOK MONEY AS SOON AS ORDER PLACED, it's working practice to withdrawn funds from customers once order is ready for shipping
- SHIRTS RECEIVED WAS NOT WHAT WE DESIGNED ON THEiIR WEBSITE they could not call us to query the design. Teenagers on work experience would have done a better job and understood the design. Been in screen printing myself years ago - it was not a difficult design or print so why they couldn't print it as was designed is beyond belief.
- NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL IN ANY WAY THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS
- WHEN WE COMPLAINED THEY OFFERED NO EXPLANATION NOR APOLOGY
DO NOT USE clothes2order go to TSHIRTSTUDIO. From order to delivery- 4 days with constant updates and a call to clarify a query. wonderful service from TSHIRTSTUDIO but not clothes2order.
