I have also been taken for a ride by this company for £250. I have been trying various ways to get my money back and each time i keep hitting a brick wall. Absolutely disgusted . Hope these scum get their comeuppance.

Have u tried going through your bank and claiming back your money on the fact they have not provided you with a service but have charged you. Thats what i did and i got my money back

I Can't Believe I Have Been Ripped Off By This Com
I can't believe I have been ripped off by this company.I stupidly paid £500 for paperwork to claim back PPI.I have called and emailed Loans and Finance Taylors hundreds of times over the past few weeks and now I have just heard it has gone into liquidation.Does anyone know how to go about getting their money back?
Hiya,Loan and Finance Taylors will not give you your money back i tried and tried until they finally told me they have stopped trading and cant deal with any refunds, but i did report the matter to my bank! They investigated it as LFT took my money with out actually providing me with a service and along with me giving the bank all the emails i have sent to LFT as evidence, the bank refunded the money back into my account last thursday. I had only paid £69.99 and i was fuming for them scamming me so with paying £500 i really feel for you. It was back in october they took my money and they strung me along for over a month! I hope i have helped.

I Paid £69.99 For The Application Fee A Mont
I paid £69.99 for the application fee a month ago and i havent got an application as of yet...they told me i could have a loan of £3000 at £80 a month for 48 months i thought great and paid the fee straight away. The man on the phone told me if i wasnt happy with any thing i could have a refund all i would have to do is phone up. After a week of waiting for the application i phoned up and asked where the application was, they said it has been sent out twice!I said i no longer waited the loan and just wanted my money back and they said i would have to email enquires for a refund! So i emailed them and got a reply the next day saying i should contact tfs as they where the ones giving me a loan (i had already been told by tfs i didnt qualify as i didnt have a job :s) i told them i dont want the loan again and that i wanted a refund and would not be phoning any body as that is what they are meant to do! they then emailed me saying i needed to send a signed letter to a address they gave and i did so i waited a week and still had no refund so i emailed again to ask where my money was and they said they have recieved my letter and my refund was beign processed and that was 2 weeks ago i have emailed them twice within this time and have had no reply! CON people they are happy to take your money straight out your back but dont want to put if back in even when they havent done any think to earn the money!! BEWARE DO NOT USE LOAN % FINANCE TAYLORS!
I found this review helpful because... i have had the same treatment from these con merchants. i'm very angry that there is nothing done about these company's.

01277 634008 and 01291 621717 are the numbers ive been trying the 1st one no longer belongs to them and i have been leeaving emails through their web site and by my hotmail every day like clock work they get about 10 emails a day and they finally got back to me saying they could not help me with my enquiry as they have ceased trading!! I checked their business status and they are listed as still active! they just trying to get me to leave them alone..Have youy told your bank? i have and they are investigating the matter to try n get my money back..and i changed my bank details incase they decided to take more of my money!! Im going to bug them till the day i die as i want my £69.99 back im not made of money i dont have that sort of cash spare they have made me more poor not richer!! HATE THEM!
can i ask what telephone number you use? ive got 2 different numbers and it sounds like youve had exactly the same experience as me! no one answers the phone or replies to emails-i reported them to the ombudsman i would do the same. :) i hope we both get our money back and i HATE loan and finance taylors and plan top leave annoying msgs until i get it resolved-i know its childish but they have made me so angry!
The have now changed there number too! have just tried ringing the number they gave me and its not theres!! And the number off the web site just goes straight through to a machine!!

This company have treated me so bad, i haven't got the best-or the worst credit rating in the world, they told me the loan was going to be £100 a month for 3 years(amount was £3000) oh great sent the paperwork-£181 a month!!! tried to ring them 20 times in one day-they failed to mention all this rubbish when i paid my fee-blindly i admit alarm bells should have started ringing- had to get in touch with ombudsman who were fab and then i got told by the company that it would take up to 3 months to get my refund of my fee back!! stupid ridiculous company who rob peoples money and think that you will just sign the paperwork and get yourself into a whole heap of trouble. i was that narked off i also reported them to watchdog -i please implore you do not go to this company!!
I have just got a refund off my bank as i reported loan and finance taylors to my bank, i suggest you do the same to try and get your money back!
