Bought a £120 Coolmax memory topper from them and it's not really memory foam. It doesn't react to heat or even weight, and it's a very hard piece of foam and not what you call memory foam at all. I've had memory foam before, so I know what I am to expect.

I left a review on a well-known review website and they got it removed, they didn't respond to email as yet, despite asking me them to email them with my concern. This tells you exactly how trustworthy this company is. Please consider buying from any company that filters reviews.

I purchased this as a gift for my mum. She has arthritis and due to the pain was finding it difficult sleep on her old mattress. Having previously purchased one for myself I was confident that she would find it a big improvement. The mattress has taken the pressure off her joints and supports her body where she needs it most, having the combination of pocket springs and memory foam was excellent. After using it for several nights and adjusting to the memory foam her quality of sleep has improved so much. The service was excellent, the item was delivered promptly when stated.

I bought this topper as my mattress was quite new, but I have considerable joint pain so wanted to try memory foam, and chose a good quality, quite expensive item after doing some research as to density etc. The topper is doing a very good job - my joints are much easier during the night. It does make good fitting bedding difficult because of the overall depth with my mattress so I have tried just tucking everything under the topper instead of trying to fit round both topper and mattress. This means it does tend to wander a bit over the mattress but not far, and I can push it back into place each day. I do get very warm during the night so I had some reservations, but I bought the coolmax cover with it and it seems to be working. I would say that the topper is very heavy - it's not easy to move at all. I have one negative comment about the delivery - it arrived rolled up (OK, sensible) but it was only wrapped in clingfilm, and this had been damaged during the transport, exposing the topper, so there were several dirty marks on it. I was able to sponge them off to some extent, but because of the weight of it, this was not easy, manoeuvring it around. Overall, I can certainly recommend the item so far, but would suggest the company reviews its packaging/despatch methods.

I ordered my mattress over the phone as I live on a narrow boat, the delivery instruction was not to use a courier but their own van.Despite that being noted and understood it went to the courier company who messed it up as expected.The second attempt at delivery went as planned and was no problem, the mattress arrived on time and I am now happy, shame about the first attempt or I would have given 5 stars.

We ordered a mattress, it arrived exactly when they said it would, the drivers delivered it into the house, the mattress itself was extremely well packaged, having slept on it for a few weeks now we are agreed that it is a great mattress, we would definitely order from them again. The only downside was the smell for a few days, but they had told us his would happen

We need a mattress for the guest bed in our spare room and after some searching online we came to here.

The prices are very good so we decided to take a shot.

The mattress arrived very quickly and is of excellent quality.

So much so that we then ordered mattresses for our bed and another guest room.

Bought a vtechpedic mattress exactly a week ago today. Was a bit fed up with yodel as the tracking app wasn't working and the mattress was delivered whilst I was out and was left in the front garden. My daughter and I got it in the house and on the bed the same day. There was a very faint manufacturing smell but when made couldn't be smelt. I have been suffering with a bad back for weeks. When I laid on this mattress I could feel the support being given to individual muscle it was wonderful. A week on my back is almost how it should be. Would definitely recommend.

The website is easy to use and the descriptions of each mattress is so detailed it allows you to chose with confidence. My mattress arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. I followed the instructions and it was ready to sleep on within 24 hours.

When I found the mattress was still too hard after a while I contacted customer service and they gave me advice as to how the mattress will change over time, and it did.

I am extremely happy with the service and the product.
