Where us my Money!! Do not use, there are trustworthy companies out there this is not one of them! I ordered US dollars and amount was 50 dollars short after 10 or so recounts I confirmed that I received monies but 50 dollars short, they then sent me 2 spreadsheets to confirm the note denomination/number recieved neither of which worked. I then recieved an email back saying that no error had been made and said the fault was mine for counting wrong this was not the case. I am writing to HMRC to report this theft but heed the warning do not use this company!

I've used quite a few times for buying euros and us dollars always ok this time I used there buy back for some dollars I had brought back big big mistake. I sent them $2440 in a sealed tamperproof envelope and strangely when they say they opened it there was only $2140. I asked to see the cctv footage which they say they had but was told I couldn't because of privacy laws. I will never use again please be wary .

I ordered 28th for delivery 31st.

Today is 31st no dispatch email so i contact them say has it been dispatched to only be told that there is no stock.

Right ok so why am i chasing you to be told this?

They advised me my currency would not be in stock until 5th jan which is the day i travel

I am told they have redunded me but given its new years eve looking like this will be at least 5 to 7 days.

I now have no currency and and no money for replacement currency

My holiday is ruined. They stop replying to emails once you ask for a manager. Refused to call me as apparently they only communicate via email but after telling me this they stop communication

If i incur any charges related to this order i will report them as this is their issue

They have no interest in customer service when things go wrong

Lack of compassion. I am disabled and left like this. Left hanging with no holiday money.

AVOID! Rubbish company. Ordered 16k EUR on Thursday and still haven't received.

It's impossible to call them and they reply to you once in 24 hr.

They requested purposes of funds document. How? I'm buying a car abroad for cash.

Ordered South African rands delivered the following day just over 24 hours later.

I was initially sceptical about pressing the order button but would order again without hesitation, I normally buy from the high street but will never do that again.

Dreadful. This firm thinks it is ok to headline using misleading terminology! "We use next day delivery service" actually means that once they get around to popping over to the post office that is when the clock starts ticking. Ordered Friday with a date given to them as required by Monday, They offered Wednesday at the earliest! Flying Tuesday!

Disingenuous and misleading!

I was a little apprehensive about paying via bacs, but shouldn’t have been. Ordered on Monday afternoon, delivered Thursday morning. Great service well communicated all throughout. Would use again. Can’t fault the service at all. Maybe the option of how you want the money would be good.

I have to admit I was a little dubious having never order currency online before but Euros ordered 1.30pm Monday & arrived by 10am Tuesday - you can't ask for better than that. Better rate that the high street exchanges or banks.

Superb service. First time user and will use again. Ordered Tues. late morning, went to Bank to do transfer of funds straight after and received money before 9.30am Thursday - all in notes requested in email after ordering. Very impressed. Don't know why never used before as much better rate than where bought previously. Ended up with 220 euros more than if bought locally. Thanks TravelFX for excellent service.
