Centurion DIY Conservatories

I brought a conservatory some time in may ,haveing said would be summer project it was put into storage When i did , start to build it I found . keys were missing to doors,Found a very igrorant man on the end of the help line

When i got to the stage of been able to open doors ,I found the Left hand set of hinges . were fixed 10mm lower than the right hand side makeing it difficult to open

List of missing parts

Roof bar end caps

Gutter stopped ends

Gutter running outlet

The list goes on

It's all very well to say they do bi-fold doors but when we got our conservatory (which was delayed by a week due to the bi-folds being damaged (that's the story told to me anyway), and their recommended installer had to come back to fix the door as it was hanging off the hinges at an alarming angle...I am wondering if it was worth all the extra costs!

First impression was great - fantastic price, no hassle ordering, the installer came to check my measurements, installation time was kept to a minimum, the concrete base was done to building regs recommendation...they even threw in a couple of free double glazed door and window panels - so I was really very pleased.

But when the installation became problematic - then the installer hum and hawed about who is going to pay for his petrol and time...and Centurion began dragging their heels, then things got a bit tedious.

After sales service is important - so I hope I don't have to take legal action to sort out the problematic bi-folds....

I can not fault your help, your product, the ease in which my wife and I put the conservatoty up, our friend could not beleave that we put it up,

This company will not stop sending Emails, even though I've sent an email asking them to stop! I have now send their details to the ICO, who will now deal with this unwanted attack by email.

I have been in contact with Centurion for some months now getting quotes for a DIY build conservatory. I have made a number of changes to the original quotation and always received a prompt response including revised price and drawings.

I had been very impressed with the response and what I read about the company online and noted from their brochure that they offered site visits. I decided to visit the company to see first-hand what the quality of the windows and roof were like. After being given a very interesting tour by Julie, I had no hesitation in placing my order. I made a couple of small changes and the necessary paperwork was promptly finalised before I left.

I am now looking forward to the conservatory arriving and am hopeful that the very high level of customer service received to date, continues.

I have had a number of problems and still am having problems mainly the

Rakes for the roof not all the same size out of shape unable to fit roof

when do the problems end?

We had a conservatorie 5 years ago. Everything was supplied correct on the date stated. The coustomer service from Debbie was excellent. The quailty

was of a very high standard. It is now 5 years old and still looks new. We have had no problems since i fitted it. It was simple to fit from the instructions.

We have just placed our second order with Centurion. The ordering is easy and they respond immediately to any queries, no talking to machines here!

Windows arrive on time, and in great shape, After dealing with several firms in the past, we think we have found a winner where good old fashioned service

I contacted Centurion DIY Conservatories for more information on building my own, They were very competitive on price and the service was great. I purchased an Edwardian Style Conservatory from them.

It was easy to assemble once the ground works had been done. you have a step by step guide, which is easy to read.

They are even on hand if you need a bit off help over the phone. and there website is very informative.

I wood definitly reccommend them to anyone who is looking at buying a conservatory if the future.
