Excellent Value & Service!!!

I can only go by my own experience. I ordered a Voodoo knife block and knives from Bee.com way cheaper than I could find it anywhere else with free delivery. After ordering I started to think mmmm. why so cheap?! So realising I should have checked them out first I read some reviews which didn't install me with much confidence and I didn't expect to receive my order anytime soon!! To my delight 2 days later my order arrived. All well packaged and brand new. I can't fault them. I paid £42.99 with free delivery for a Raffaele Iannello Voodoo Knike Holder and Knives. You won't find it cheaper anywhere else!

I've Ordered A Blu-ray From Them, And Was Surprise

I've ordered a blu-ray from them, and was surprised when it arrived the next day. Due to the service I received, I thought I would purchase 3 more blu-rays. These appeared in my account as 'awaiting dispatch', which stayed there for about 4 days. I contacted them, and they then sent me a message a week later cancelling one of my orders. By this point I realised that my first impression was incorrect. I then requested that they cancel the rest of my order, and would like to receive confirmation once it has been cancelled.

A week later, and still nothing from them. I checked my account and noticed another order had been cancelled, and then finally the last one. Luckily they hadn't taken any money from me.

Overall I would recommend it to someone who doesn't mind waiting, and chasing them up.

Stung By Bee.com - Avoid

Ordered a DVD in October as a birthday gift. Bee busily took my money then never sent anything! A week after ordering, I tried to call and email them - no response, so I was worried they had gone bust. I eventually emailed to say I was going to contact my card company and do a chargeback. Again, no reply. No sign of the refund. They should be BANNED

rebecca at bee.com is an absoulte waste of time she ignores emails then says they must never have been received as she replies to all emails! unless you threaten to report her she must just delete them!!!

i ordered and a month later it was still saying awaiting despatch dont use if you want your item any time soon, 5 wks on still nothing and you'll get no help from customer services!!!!!

Ordered goods a week ago the firm promissed to send it within 24 hrs

no payment taken as yet website says goods awaiting despatch they haven't even taken the money for them ? Iwouldn't reccomend this company to anyone avoid at all cost. I going to pursue the trading standards beggars belief how websites like this one engage in buissness and get away with lies we need tougher consumer laws in this country

Item Described As New Is Used And Unreadable

my item arrived promptly. unfortunately I did not open the item to check it as it was wrapped in sellophane and was a gift for my sons birthday in six weeks time. When he opened it on his birthday to play it, the disc was unreadable. Both the box and CD were scratched and dirty beneath the sellophane and there is nothing I can do as it has been more than 30 days. NEVER buy from BEE.COM it is daylight robbery

Placed on order over a week ago and still waiting for items to be sent, have contacted them twice with no response. Listen to the many bad reviews and AVOID this company.

Order Cancelled

I ordered COD Modern Warfare 3 back in June when bee.com were offering 20% off on pre-order of the game. Went to check a today my order says cancelled. THe game has been removed from the site. I was never sent an email to say it had been cancelled and now it is really too late to pre-order from anywhere else and get a good deal. What a total waste of time bee.com are. Rang the customer services said they sent out emails funny that all the people never got any said they were going to send again still no email. Looks like they have had to many orders at full price and decided that the people who pre ordered would miss out. Never again Bee.com never.

Ordered Cancelled Without Warning Or Email

Ordered 2 copies of COD MW2 22/06/2011.

Just been to website to see if they had dispatched and it says "Cancelled by you. You have cancelled this item."

I did not cancel the order.

It seems they have done this to many other customers...will never use again.

Ordered 13/06/11 COD MW3 preorder. Just looked today to check dispatch and it's been cancelled. No email, nothing. Was awaiting dispatch yesterday. Gutted son, now have to chase around to get the game. Please dont order from them."
