Driver turned up 40 minutes late to Heathrow for a trip to Gatwick to catch another flight, which had been booked weeks in advance. Dispatch never contacted me to tell me the driver was delayed. After I called them (after initially waiting 10 minutes) they said it would be 15 minutes, but that ended up being a gross understatement.

After getting off a 10 hour plane flight, stressing about our connection was awful for myself, wife and two children.

No real apologies, no offer of a discount or compensation.

It's basically inexcusable for a company, whose sole purpose is to pick people up from airports, to be late, especially due to traffic. which was their excuse. With today's technology, I could even look at the traffic, but there is no way the driver should have even been in any traffic if he had even hoped to be on time. And dispatch should have used the same information to dispatch another driver.

Basic incompetence all round, without a sniff of accountability.

The driver has very good knowladge. He knows all the roads and areas I am very appreciated. We found our hotel easily and now relaxing :)

We landed in Heathrow on December 21st from an red-eye flight. We had reserved the service online where they quoted us ‎£103 for 5 people (4 adults and one 10 month old). The driver  arrived early, polite and helpful. Because of this, we asked him if we could have him for our return. He said yes and that we just had to email his head office. Once we arrived to our destination, he helped us with our luggage out of the car and we proceeded to pay him ‎£120 with a tip of ‎£17 (we gave him the tip upfront since we were getting him on the way back). He gave us his card and a pen. We were very happy with his service.

We contacted Airport pickups London to request and they indicated that they will make arrangements to get him to bring us back.

When the car pulled up to bring us back at the end of the trip we noticed that we had a new driver.

Once we arrived to the airport, we felt like the driver also deserved a tip therefore I handed him a ‎£10 bill. He pulled out his tablet and indicated that we owed ‎£49. I told him that we were all settled up already. He told me to wait as he contacted his head office. He spent some time on the phone then handed the phone over to me. The person on the other line told me that we had to pay the drivers individually. I told her that we weren't aware of this when we paid the first driver. She replied that he indicated that he showed us a copy of the amount owing (Apparently ‎£54) when we had arrived. I told her that I saw no such thing however we were tired and jet-lagged. She told me that I had to paid the return driver and send an email to set up a refund.

Once I arrived back home I sent an email, to which they basically replied that all the drivers are independent contractors and she could do nothing about this since the driver conveniently didn't recall that group that gave him a ‎£66 tip a few days before.

I asked them to rectify the situation as they said they would do over the phone, yet they said they wouldn't do anything for us.

DO NOT USE THEM.

Picked up on time, great service, and immaculate car. It's easy to book on-line and the drivers are always very helpful and professional. I would happily recommend this service to anyone and will definitely use again.

I recently arranged a taxi pick up to Heathrow airport.

My taxi was over 20 minutes late, for which I had to call you up twice to find out where he was with no follow up calls provided from the company to give me an update.

Once the driver arrived he also had to ask me where he was dropping me off as he didn't seem to know.

We booked a taxi to get back from the airport specifying we needed a car seat for our one year old, and we re-told them when confirming the booking the day before.

First the taxi driver arrived late and he didn't have the baby car seat so we couldn't take the taxi for obvious safety reasons. The driver wasn't happy like it was our fault (!!) and didn't even apologise.

The driver waited for us for an hour to get through customs. The car was very nice and had plenty of room for the five of us. When we arrived at the hotel he told me it would be an extra 15 pounds for the wait. This was on top of the 55 we paid. I was so over tired after the trip and unsure of the exchange I ended up paying way too much for the extra time and the tip. Much better to just have the hotel call a taxi. I only paid 19 pounds for the return for 3 of us.

Our driver picked us up in a new Mercedes after some confusion over the pick up point. The traffic was extreemly congested our driver and car were excellent. The service is highly recommended with a 5 star rating from us.

I used several times this company and I am very happy with their service. Reliable and professional.
