I'm delighted with my new bike my second one in 7 months like to support my local cycle shop they are very knowledgeable go out of there way I was looking for a particle make and model and had them in the shop but they only had one already built in that model but they do it in two colours but the other one wasn't built up yet so the staff member offered to build it up for me so I can see it before I decide on the colour I went back a few days later to see which one I decide I chose the one that he built up for me as I liked it better in that colour it's always a great experience at cycle gear very professional and friendly staff will always choose them over anyone else Thanks guys.

Although the website warned of possible delays it was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived the next day.

Ordered an Orbea MX 50 29 online, got 10%discount, no extra charge for delivery and bike delivered a day earlier than expected. Straightened the bars, attached the pedals and the bike was ready to go. Brakes fine, gears set up nicely. Very pleased and would use again.

I ordered my bike online which was quick easy and simple, it also came with cash back which was immediately redeemable within the same order which I thought was brilliant! They kept me informed at every step of the process, and provided useful information for when my bike arrived. Unfortunately the delivery company had let me down significantly! Not even delivering my bike at all, so when I went to pick up my bike I noticed that the box was opened and my additional tyre and lock were missing. The bike itself had been so carefully wrapped and taken care of that it had managed to come out of the ordeal completely unscathed! I called the bike company immediately to ensure that the wheel and lock should have been in the same parcel, which they confirmed - and from the kindness and generosity of their own hearts they offered to send me a new tyre and lock, despite the mishap being neither their fault or responsibility to rectify. I am truly taken aback with this company and would recommend them to any and everyone.

Ordered the bike during the current Corona-virus crisis. Ordered on-line with a couple of phone calls to "ukbikesdepot" to clarify some things. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful - Great service. They also threw in 15% of value of my purchase in other products, so have got high end lights and lock included in the purchase price - Really good value for money as I could not find this type of offer anywhere else on-line!

Ordered a pair of Fox defend fire pants on line yesterday and they arrived this morning and postage was free!! Very well packed and a lot cheaper than I could find anywhere else.I will definitely be using Cycle gear again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any one.
