Owned my E6 Tommi Makinen for 6 months now, and haven't regretted a moment. I use mine as a daily driver. Its power and handling is immense. Its completely standard, very reliable and practical too.

Overall, driving the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution is awesome for the track, or for a long mountain drive. If you're looking to drive this car in streets with traffic, you will hate it.
If you're looking to drive this car to develop your driving skills, you won't be looking for another car anytime soon.
- Pumped and breathtaking acceleration in any gear
- Handles like no other car (the computer works harder than the driver)
- Brakes are full of response, and if you need to stop, that's what you get.
- Very forgiving on the corners
- Standard Momo steering wheel has an awesome feel to it, and where you steer is where you go.
- Bucket seats fit your body like a glove... unless you're overweight.
- 4G63 engine is very strong, and built to last. The power you get out of this 2L engine is impressive, even next to the big boy V8's.
- In the rear view mirror of cars in front of you, the EVO will look like a raging bull on steroids.
- Good hp at an affordable price

Performance is great, love to use it to destroy little boy racers in their Focus ST and Clios, Loads of great upgradeable parts for this beast of a vehicle.
Love this beast of a vehicle and once modified, great for destroying super cars and their big rip off price tags.

Just got a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR, Had never driven one before... wow is all I can say! It literally just sits on the road, definitely a lot better than a Suburu Sti, and I know this because I had one before and the Evo would out drive it any day, only problem with the car is it's very thirsty!

The Mitsubishi Evolution models have indeed evolved since the first slightly under-rated evo was first launched in october '92. This model had bad handling, not an awful lot of torque whatsoever and didn't look all that appealing, however, gotta walk before you can run hey?
Now, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 6 Tommi Makinen Limited Edition is an improvement in every aspect from wider tires, to the carbon fibre body shell. And as for the engine well, enough said: 245bhp from a 2.2 24v !

The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 6 Tommi Makinen Limited Edition is all you can ask from a sports car, it looks mean, goes like mad and every one loves it! I had a standard Evo 6 gsr, which was sent off to power engineering, if you know your stuff, you'll know they are in the top league of tuners for Evo's. It was running 350bhp and 320ft of torque, only 20ft less than the fq400, but the muppet before me uprated everything apart from the clutch!! I had it 8 days and was racing when I ripped the clutch in pieces, which took my garage 4 days to take off. I had an AP racing clutch fitted which cost me £700!! Ouch! Also the tappets were going, the car still had 6 months warranty left but Mitsubishi said it wasn't covered, as it wasn't within the first year, so be prepared to get the wallet out.

My Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 6 is a Tommi Makinen Limited Edition, which gives it extra features. It is incredibly powerful and there's no other rally car like it.
