$15.00 Fee To Pay Over The Phone-really?!

Have been a customer with Bon Ton many many years, always paid my bill on time using the automatic payment system that was free. Imagine my surprise when I attempted to and was told there is now a $15.00 fee to use this service because the BonTon changed cc companies to use this worthless outfit!

Gander Mountain- World Finanical Credit Fraud

Had card for several years and enjoyed using it getting the point and being able to spend in the store. Never late on any payment. Had a unauthorized transaction on the account. So called them and disputed charge. Had to fill out numerous papers make may phone calls. The credit card company even called the company and spoke to them about the charge. I was a 2nd party that charged me. I have been going for 8 months and it is still not resolved and now they are telling me that they are denying my claim. This really shows what kind of customer service they have and loyality that they have to their customers. After doing everthing that they ask.

i recently opened up an account with world finacial bank at maurices got approved then i applied at three of there other stores and got approved i used the cards the next day and was letting my son use the one at the buckle when he tried to use it it said to call in i called all three of the other cards they approved me for and was getting the same message now its some department i have to call before i can use the accounts that doesnt make any sense why would they approve me let me use the cards and then block them its crazy

I opened the Pottery Barn credit card in last year december and purchased the baby's nab blanket from Pottern barn kids. The blanket was delivered but the quality was pretty bad so I returned the same and believed that Pottery Barn issued credit. Guess what? WFNNB called my house and harrassing us to pay $83.89 + late fee + finance charges. After I told them, I returned the product (UPS picked it up), they said, "oh you still owe $25.00 late fees and they reported us to the credit bureaus for late payment when in fact, we didn't owe any money!!! What a scam!

WFNNB never send you a paper statements without providing chance to opt out and impose late fees and financial charges. This bank is total scam!.

We should report this bank to FTC & Ohio Attorney General's Office.

Restoration Hardware credit cards are issued by this bank as well. Avoid this bank with all costs.

Do not get a card from this Bank. When you complain to the regulators they are criminals to, WFNNB do not realize the credit card reforms and continue to do what they want to harass consumers and charge all these fees. Be careful of the company who is regulating this bank they are dishonest too.

Call Federal trade commission for harassing calls and then contact their Attorney general office in Ohio and then contact Ohio Congressman to let me know how WFNNB or the Congressional Banking committee to let them know that this bank is not following their own laws. Make sure you certify all the letters. If you talk to them on the phone make sure it is recorded, the process is dishonest and the bank industry is a "rip off" and the politicians (Congress) should addres this appropiately.

I have no relationship whatever with these people other than they call my house over and over again with a robo call machine saying that there has been some kind of a "review" of my finances and that I need to call them.

I hope that they wind up being punished as they richly deserve.

World Financial Is Not Honest And Will Tell You Anything

My credit card with Avenue had gotten behind due to a lack of income. A representative called me and offered me a hardship plan. I accepted and made my payment. Well, the representative handle my account erroneously and was not able to set up the hardship plan unknowingly to me until 2 weeks later I kept getting more harrassment calls to pay my bill. I kept explaining to the representatives what happened and they said she did something wrong and we can't honor what she said (even though she noted it on my account that they could read to me. I talked to 3 supervisors and they all said the same thing. No one from this company tried to stick by their word of their representative. I would never recommend this company to anyone. No one even apologized or tried to make it right, they just kept saying "let's move forward" as to say forget we made an error, you just have to pay for it.

I Opened An Ann Taylor Account Two Years Ago. I D

I OPENED AN ANN TAYLOR ACCOUNT TWO YEARS AGO. I DECIDED, IN JANUARY, 2011, TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM TRYING TO CUT DOWN ON CREDIT CARD EXPENSE AND USE MORE CASH. I CALLED THE SUPPORT GROUP FOR THIS CARD, THEY ANNOUNCED THAT I HAD A DELIQUENT BALANCE. PLEASE NOTE, THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT CARD BILL OR NOTICE FROM THIS COMPANY THAT I HAD A DELIQUENT ACCOUNT. AT THAT TIME, I PAID THE ACCOUNT COMPLETLY OFF BY USING A CHECK BY PHONE PROCESS. THEN, I REQUESTED THAT THIS ACCOUNT BE CLOSED. THERE SEEMED TO BE NO OBJECTION FROM SUPPORT. I WAS NOTIFIED BY EQUIFAX THIS WEEK THAT I HAD A DELIQUENT ACCOUNT ON MY CREDIT. I FOUND THAT SUPPORT SHOWED THAT I CLOSED THIS ACCOUNT, BUT DID NOT PAY IT OFF. THUS, I HAVE A BLIGHT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. MY CREDIT RATING WENT DOWN. IT IS NOW THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS COMPANY TO TAKE THIS BLIGHT OFF OF MY CREDIT REPORT. WE WILL SEE IF THIS HAPPENS. JEANNE IN ALABAMA

Have a Victoria's Secret cc. and apparently made a VS purchase in January. To my knowledge never received a bill. Got a call today from WFN National Bank telling me I was deliquent in payment. They wanted me to give my personal info and make a payment without even confirming that I had made the purchase. They never read me the mini-miranda required when collecting a debt in the US. It's the law. Didn't seem to care that I can't find my VS card, perhaps it was stolen. I don't like this bank and will pay VS by other means from now on.

Opened An Account With Them Because I Needed Help

Opened an account with them because I needed help paying out a hospital bill. I never actually ended up using any of the credit. I have called them several time to close this account but they are always rude. Guess What!!! They still show as an open account. I am trying to buy a new vehicle and I promise this ordeal cost me a couple percent more in interest!
