Searching around for a mini dvi 2 drone with the extra pack I just couldn’t find one anywhere in stock - well I tell a couple if people had them but wanted hundreds extra because of the shortage.

Clifton had it stock at exactly the right price - very honest not upping it during the shortage - simple ordering- reasonable delivery and arrived the very next morning beautifully packaged and secure.

I had a wonderful experience buying camera from them. Customer service at Clifton Cameras is outstanding. Almost all of the items are available at affordable prices with significant discounts.

The product was shipped on time. I'm looking forward to buying additional camera equipment for my camera.

After having two failed purchases at two other camera stores within a week, I found Clifton Cameras online store. After speaking to very nice guy I tried again to order the camera of my choice.

The order was done through the website and all went very smoothly. My camera arrived next day via Parcelforce, which was very unexpected as I had opted for free delivery. Cant get better service than that.

This was my first purchase from Clifton Cameras but it won't be my last.

Awful company, DO NOT USE!

I ordered a camera from this company and unfortunately it never turned up. I was not at home when it was supposedly delivered and Parcel Force have given no evidence whatsoever that the camera was delivered. Despite this, Clifton Cameras are not issuing me with a refund or a replacement and Parcel Force are being very difficult to communicate with. Clifton Cameras are siding with the courier and not the customer - disgusting.

Clifton Cameras have been particularly unhelpful and untrustworthy in aiding the situation which has now gone on for over a month and half!!

If you actually want to a camera that is delivered to your house, then use somewhere else as it might be months until you get one!

I am currently in the process of starting court proceedings against the both companies for their poor customer service and the fact that none of my £1,400 camera got delivered.

Well first purchase from Clifton cameras and it won't be my last superb customer service loads of product knowledge very polite very helpful very competitive prices next day delivery from DPD well packaged what more can I say thanks guys when I'm looking for equipment again it will be Clifton cameras in the first instance !

I ordered a £645 printer and had the money taken off my credit card immediately. The delivery promise was 2-3 days. The next day I got an email saying there would be a one week delay. I waited the week and asked for an update on the current situation only to be told that there would be a further 4 week delay. I have just cancelled the order. Out of interest I checked their web site the day after I was told about the 4 week delay. They are still offering that printer with the promise of next day delivery even though they know they have a long wait for stock and thus cannot deliver the item.

Clifton Cameras had no problem price matching a Swarovski binocular I had seen elsewhere at a lower price. Very courteous and professional service, they even sent me a text detailing the delivery driver's name and which hour he would be dropping off. I've ordered from Clifton before and enjoyed the same high level treatment. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently had cause to purchase a new pair of Swarovski binoculars, the EL Rangefinders. Having looked around online one company seemed to stand out from the rest online for the presentation of their site and all of the information that they appeared to provide relating to the product.

Have to say that I was not disappointed when I called them late one afternoon to place an order, I spoke to an advisor and his product knowledge was excellent to say the least and his ability to talk me through the ordering process was first class.

Clifton Cameras did EXACTLY what they said they would do and the binoculars were delivered less than two days later, expertly packaged as you would hope.

Having used Swarovski's before it has to be said that I was not disappointed with the quality of this product now, they really are amazing optics surrounded by the most amazing build quality so I would highly recommend them.

Finally, I had cause today to call Clifton Cameras again this afternoon to place an order for some accessories for the bino's and was, once again, fortunate enough to speak with a person who was equally as informative and helpful as her colleague had been the week before about the product and the ordering process.

I really hope that the two individuals that I have dealt with at Clifton Cameras are an indication of the first class service that you can expect from this company, so far my initial dealings with this company have been entirely faultless and, sadly, it has to be said, something of a rarity in today's often lackluster market of people who want to take your money and provide poor levels of service for that.

Congratulations to Clifton Cameras for bucking the trend and I hope they do so well for that.

Yesterday, 25th July, I visited the shop in Dursley to buy a Leica V Lux4, part exchanging some older gear. Unfortunately, there was no new, unopened kit in the shop, but 2 were in the warehouse in Gloucester.

A member of staff was leaving Dursley to go to the warehouse, and said it might be possible to deliver it to me at home on his way home that evening.

My order was processed in store as an on-line order, with my agreement that failing all else delivery on Saturday morning would be acceptable.

I left, happy in the thought that I would soon be the proud owner of my Leica.

When I arrived back home a couple of hours later, I received an email from the warehouse to say that the camera would be delivered by DPD on Monday. OK I thought, and settled down to read through a downloaded copy of the V Lux4 instruction manual.

At about 10 pm, my doorbell rang. On opening the door, there stood the member of staff who had gone to the warehouse, holding in his hand my order!!!!

I had left Dursley about 1.15, and here was my order about 9 hours later. What superb service.

I have now established that the deliverer was 'R' - I know his name, and I can only say I am totally stunned by the service.
