Fender Bassman 100

The Fender Bassman 100 is quite good, it sounds ok, it only lacks power because its only 100 watts, but i already used it in gigs where recording artists played but i never heard them complain about it's quality.

The Fender Bassman 100 is an excellent amp. Have had so many good years playing and gigging with this amp. Good for Medium size venues. The DI out with the level control link great with any in house PA and the tuner output and mute button makes tuning easy. The amp sounds great with a nice clean sound and has a nice EQ so you can find the sound you want. This is quite a big amp for a combo. It is pretty heavy and wheels would have been good. Fantastic amp. Perfect for Medium/Medium - large gigs.

I have gigged and practised with this amp for two years and the value for the money is excellent. One of the better amps under $500 you will find.

I couldn't be happier with a small amp like this. No gig I have played in the last five years has needed more power. That's both indoor and outdoor gigs. As a matter of fact, I have power to spare. I play a Fender Jazz bass and it sounds so good through that amp. I got it from Long & McQuade in Surrey BC after someone recommended it. It has worked flawlessly since I got it. No problems at all. Who can ask for more?

Just about everything about the Fender Bassman 100 is amazing. Been using it for about eighteen months now. Could only be bettered by the addition of a couple more facilitations - maybe a dedicated line out and/or some sort of attenuator. Overall geneally excellent. In it's price range - incredible.

I bought the amp online, which I thought would save me a few bucks, but instead is going to cost me $ to get it repaired plus shipping,etc. Next time I'll try a local merchant so I can make sure it works before I buy.
