Autostyle

I ordered 4 premier mats for my VW Phaeton. "Autostyle will work with you to create a mat that is tailored to your individual requirements" their website says. "At Autostyle, the customer always comes first, and we look forward to providing you will a top quality, handcrafted car mat that will enhance the interior of your car for years to come."

There is no question that the mats themselves are well made and of good quality. They were well-shaped and a decent fit for the car. However, the locking inserts were the wrong shape, which meant I couldn't secure them to the car floor.

I contacted Autostyle immediately, who promised to send replacement inserts, just a case of popping out the ones provided and pop in the replacement ones I was told. Although they didn't arrive. After several chases, Autostyle simply stopped replying. So the mats I paid good money for are now drifting under my feet, curling up and generally beginning to look tatty before their time.

Shame, for the sake of sending the right inserts.

I have just received my car mats from www.autostyle.co.uk. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them. The service was fast and friendly and I am really happy with my personalised daisy logo. Designing my car mats on line was great fun too.

I usually buy mats from shops but saw these tailored mats. They weren't cheap - £60! But they look great and really make the interior look good on my Subaru.
