I have been extremely impressed with the level of service received from Spectronics to date. I always feel reassured when the person I deal with is working on a project, as all of my queries are resolved in a timely manner, with meticulous attention to detail. I look forward to working with the team in the future as I know they will will deliver.

My company used Spectronics for VoIP services over a 12 month period. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The service never worked properly - frequently one side of the conversation couldn't hear the other. We could never reliably call international numbers despite notifying Spectronics on multiple occasions. Spectronics even completely stopped us making calls at one point because they 'forgot' to record on their system that a Direct Debit had been set up. Never a word of apology for any of these things - only an insistence that we see out the full contract despite us not receiving a working service. Overall, a really terrible experience. The only positive thing about Spectronics is that the service is fairly cheap. But if it doesn't work, it doesn't matter how cheap it is. We're so happy to be with our wonderful new VoIP provider, and everything is now working perfectly.

I have requested help from SpecTronics on several occasions. They always respond without delay and sort out any problems within a few minutes. They provide easy to understand explanations about why I was in difficulties. I am very pleased that I found about them and can really recommend them.

I bought the google apps service from them and I have only problems. The setup was wrong, their payment gateway is totally rubbish. I asked to cancel the contract with them and they refuse without any right. I've found them on peopleperhour. PAY ATTENTION!

Our old Exchange 2003 Server was in dire need of replacement, and we needed a platform that would allow collaboration between office and on-site personnel and calendar sharing - a system that could grow with us, without ongoing maintenance on our part. SpecTronics assisted us with setting up and configuring a new Google Apps for Business account, to accept all emails from two different domains, as we migrated away from the on-premise Exchange Server to the online service. It's fair to say this was not an easy task, but SpecTronics worked wonders and had the system up and running very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpecTronics.

As a company where we undertake the majority of our work from home, Spectronics suggested that we use their VOIP phone system. They ordered the phones for us (at a cheaper price than I could find myself) and set them up meaning we were up and running within a couple of days. It's far cheaper than 4 business phone lines, reliable (providing you have a half-decent internet service), versatile and the audio quality is crystal clear. The conference calling facilities have revolutionised the way we work, allowing us to hold internal 'meetings' free of charge whenever we need, or dial in outsiders without using an external conference call company. I couldn't recommend this service more highly.

Spectronics provides our Boston office with telephone connectivity to the UK which we use to speak to clients over there. The service has been really good and I've been very happy with everything. We're currently in talks with them about expanding the system to cover our South Africa and Middle East offices.

I signed up just before Christmas after a brief trial with another provider and have been very happy since. I was won over by the all-inclusive pricing and great functionality. The system costs me £12/month for 8 users. It's pretty tight between some of the top providers but I think I made the right decision as the call quality has been perfect and the customer service guys are great! We are moving offices in a couple of weeks which is rather nerve-racking but I've been assured that there won't be any issues with the number Spectronics ported from BT, so fingers crossed!

Having been let down by one VoIP service I had to get another installed as a matter of urgency for my business. I did some research and found SpecTronicsUK. I chose them because it was a fairly local firm, UK-based and it seemed to have some good reviews. I had my new VoIP service set up in a matter of hours. The guys were incredibly helpful, discussed the various options with me and weren't interested in selling me the most expensive package. I'm run a small business and SpecTronicsUK had a great package available which was very cost-effective. They walked me through the set-up whilst I was on the telephone and followed up with several emails afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service and that it was running well. Highly recommended.

I run a very large central London nightclub that had an archaic phone system that had been installed 20 years previously - and only a small internal team to answer them! We get loads of calls wanting general information in and out of hours, VIP bookings, lost property, tickets, specific event info - the list goes on. Previously they just got the dreaded engaged tone until such times as a line became free and they could talk to someone! Spoke with an advisor at Spec (Spectronics) who took the whole concept, turned it on its head and delivered a slick and professional call management system that properly fields calls, has a queuing system, voice box, real time info, automated gig ticket booking facility, a message on hold system that allows us to up sell to people on hold! In addition he designed a call forwarding facility for when we have staff out of the office - particularly useful for when we have tours nationally and internationally - all via an app on our mobile phones! We have seen a tangible positive effect on bookings and customer satisfaction - particularly over the recent festive period - extended and adjusted opening hours have been easily passed on to people calling to enquire. And best of all its so easy to use and change (we're not very technical!) Highly recommended and nice, easy and fun people to work with!
