Waiting 2 months for the rest of my purchase and now find out they are not trading anymore, they ceased on 26th June 2023.

If my purchased item goes faulty who do I contact under the guarantee.

I have ordered on three separate occasions and each time has been trouble free, from the packaging to the delivery times, I have found the service to be faultless. Living in central Scotland it's not always easy to be given this quality of service sadly, good work guys keep it up,

Wanted to know whether they stocked a certain garden tool so phoned. Cheerful and helpful voice the other end of the line confirmed they did. Drove over to Sydenham and found their store (not that easy). Found the tools I needed and was served by a very agreeable young man who was pleasant and efficient. Whole transaction took about 5 minutes as although there were a number of other shoppers they had plenty of counter staff available to attend to you. Delighted I have found this supplier and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Took my equipment in for a annual service and repairs. The servicing was okay

but nothing special and yet very pricey!

The repair work was done to a poor standard to which i felt would not last very long. Which is was happened.I then got over charged again to do the repair correctly. BEWARE!! They are only interested in getting as much as possible out of you.

Second time I've ordered from FR Jones, on both occasions have received what I ordered without delay,packaged well and competitively priced.

Best price on the Stihl 61 that I could find. The hedge cutter was delivered next day. THANKS!

We have used this company only for about two years and are very satisfied with the service on price, stock availability, fast delivery and good customer service.

We mainly use the online or phone ordering service but we have called in at Sydenham when we are working South of the river and we haven't been disappointed yet.

Have recommended the company to other companies we work with, there comments seem to always be positive.

Thanks to all once again. All items in stock at a great price and always arrive promptly. I try to buy locally but with service second to none,great stock levels and very good prices I now purchase all my forestry tools,chains and wedges etc from the other end of the country at least 20% cheaper than I can elsewhere.

I ordered a very competitively priced stihl blower at 8:00 pm on Monday evening. It arrived via tracked courier at 9:45 this morning. Excellent service all round. Thank you very much.

I will certainly be using you guys again.
