Why We Are Different

The internet is full of companies that take money from businesses to help them manage their reviews. We are different. No money changes hands between us and businesses regarding how reviews are submitted and managed. A business can reply to reviews and questions, and can even ask their customers to provide feedback on Review Centre, but we don’t charge them a penny. That means they’re not our customers – you are. No other mainstream user review site works like this.

We may post-moderate reviews flagged by readers, but only to ensure they are left in good faith and meet our review and community standards. This is your website with your reviews, and we are here to protect its impartiality.
