For xmas 2019 my son bought myself and husband a virgin experience : Three course meal with sparkling wine for two at Cafe Rouge. cafe rouge went into liquidation in 2020 due to covid19 and my husband had a stroke in June of that year so we were unable to use the gift. As he is much better i contacted V.E.D. on line and to their credit they honored the purchase and extended it to September 21. I changed the venue to afternoon tea at Chiddingstone Castle paying a further 31 pounds. I priced the purchase as if we had gone independently To enter Castle 9.50 each total £19.00 2 cream teas consisting of 1 tea 1 coffee 2 scones each with jam and cream £14.00 INDEPENDENT AFTERNOON COST £33.00 I am not aware of how much my son paid for this gift but the cheapest dine out experienc is £53.50, add on the £31.00 I paid total something in the region £84.50. of course V.E.D. have administration costs possibly in region of £25 is reasonable so £58.00 to £60.00 would be fair not the £84 .00 it has cost

DODGY COMPANY. If could give a zero rating I would. This is my first time using Virgin Experience Days and it will be my last. I would not even recommend others using them because they’re untrustworthy and lack any resemblance of customer service. I had my Virgin Experience Days Booked over a 2 day period and a fortnight ago, they cancelled my experience days, despite no government request pertaining to Covid-19, despite all businesses still operating, and despite me still excited to attend. I understand that these are extenuating circumstances, and that they chose to cancel experience days. I get that. But what I don’t accept is the fact that they’re refusing to issue me a full refund for a service they’ve failed to supply me. Yes cancel the experience days for customers (bearing in mind they did so weeks before the government ordered companies to close), however refusing to issue customers with a full refund and keeping my money, despite not providing me with a service is unethical. If customers pay for a service and you can no longer provide such service, then you REFUND THEM ALL THEIR MONEY, that’s what you’re insured for....not pocket my money for yourselves! I dread to think how many more people you’re treating like this, pocketing customers money after you have cancelled their trips, then refusing to refund customers....shameful

Had the most lovely night with my boyfriend, celebrating my birthday! The food was amazing and all the staff were so friendly and polite! Couldn't of had a better experience, amazing location too! Could see leeds from above while having our meal and the cocktails are so refreshing! Would definitely come back for special occasions.

I got this experience for my boyfriend for Christmas. It was a really fun day and learned lots plus the pasta was delicious! It was nice to enjoy it at the end with a glass of prosecco and we got to take some pasta home to cook.

My wife and I had a wonderful night at the Crown Hotel. Our dinner was excellent, the room was spacious, and the location was beautiful.

This was a fabulous experience: combining my passion for Star Wars with martial arts. I learnt a lot about posture, balance, mindset and key defensive and offensive moves all within an hour. The instructor was friendly, informative and made the experience really enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend this. Very memorable. Would definitely go again.

We have never been to Bella Italia before and were very impressed with the choice of menu along with the staff who were ever so accommodating. We will definitely be going again!

Booking a table for lunch was straightforward and the lady who took the booking was very pleasant and helpful. We were shown to our table and offered the Prosecco which we accepted. The Virgin Experience menu was given to us and it had 3 choices under each section. I opted for the samosa, salmon and haddock fish cake followed by the pistachio soufflé. My wife had the cheese soufflé, the same main and sticky toffee pudding. All were cooked well and were very tasty. Service was really attentive.

The service and food were well up to Cafe Rouge standard. This was given as a birthday present and the waitress entered into the spirit without being intrusive. I hope her management value her.

Had a lovely room, staff all very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and even better it was included in the cost of the weekend. Spa facilities were amazing and a good place to relax. Plus you have have the use of the health centre and kids are allowed in at certain times of the day.

The Fish & Chip Supper was served in a nicely decorated and appropriate cafe, as it was the site of original Jack the Ripper graffiti. The tour guide was brimming with information and enthusiasm about the subject. He had visual aids with photos of the sad victims and locations. some drawings were quite graphic. He guided us effortlessly and seamlessly from location to location with great care, not always easy to do in the narrow alleyways of Whitechapel and the City of London.

We went to Bannatyne Brindley Place it was my daughter’s birthday. Everything was clean and staff were professional, welcoming and helpful. Only thing that would have made it better would have been access to a cafe / restaurant. It was not clear if we could have taken food in and where we would have eaten it.

Been to the shard 3 times and it’s always been a nice experience. Bonus about this is, the deal is cheaper than the actual entry ticket. Had a great time!

Got the vouchers as a gift. Unimpressed that we had to fork out more money on Spa bags (£20) to get towels, robes and footwear to use; and then another £15 as the 'included light meal' does not cover beverages or cold drinks. The massage was, to all intents and purposes, a light rub down with some oil. Oh...and the £5 voucher to use on the day? Well that only applies if you purchase products from the Spa that are over £25. I won't be so thrilled next time I receive an 'experience voucher'.

I purchased tickets to the Crystal Maze Experience London, as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. As adrenaline seekers, we are always looking for our next adventure. I would highly recommend this experience to all! The staff, the venue and the experience as a whole could not be faulted!

An oasis of calm in central London. It felt as though entering the Spa was entering Turkey. The calm ambience immediately hugs you. You’re transported into a fantasy troupe experience. The relaxation areas were perfect. The shower areas luxurious. I definitely want to go again. The treatment leaves your skin feeling baby soft. The staff were attentive, yet unobtrusive. What more could Ivask for? Well a few more dates would be welcome. A post treatment massage would have been fantastic.

Lovely relaxing day. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I rarely get a break so it was very valuable to me. My only small negative was that it was very difficult to get into the relaxation room and water bed rooms -they were full alot of the time, so had to hover a bit, which was awkward.
