Do NOT use Vivid under any circumstances! I bought tickets to a football game, they sent the wrong tickets, I contacted Vivid immediately (within minutes) and they said they could not cancel the order and send me the correct tickets because they are merely a third party intermediary between buyer and seller. So much for their worthless "100% Buyer Guarantee." I recommend using a more reputable company like Ticketmaster.

My husband and I bought 2 tickets to his dream concert. Not only the tickets were cancelled once, but twice, and even a 3rd time due to some nonsense "verification process" they claim to have. Apparently according to their poor costumer service the card we used to make the payment failed the verification process and so days later the tickets just got cancelled without providing us with any notice. I come to find out a few days later when I logged in Vivid seats that we had no tickets and also 0 communication about it. I had to call and wait hours over the phone to realize what happen and get new tickets. This happened again a second time, and again a third time... The third time these tickets got cancelled they had a different excuse, and apparently this time all because Vivid Seats sends you a random email that you have to respond to an within 24 hours to claim your tickets and if you don't get to it on time then they automatically cancel your order. *Mind you nobody told me I needed to watch out of this email and make sure to respond on time, or texted or called me. They have zero communication about the delivery on tickets! I did not see this email on time as I was traveling for 2 days and of course the poor communication carried on, so the tickets got cancelled automatically and I found out a week later again only because I was logging into Vivid Seat to see the status of the tickets... I reckon this company needs to get a little more serious with the systems, and get things in order. I made the mistake of giving you a 2nd and even a 3rd chance and bought my tickets again, and again not knowing the ridiculous processes you have in place. Next time if you are cancelling tickets you should at least use some customer service skills and inform you customer what they need to do instead of just providing disappointment. The third time I spoke to your customer service representative, he was apologetic about this experience and since my tickets had already been sold to someone else (thanks to your stupid system) he offered a $25 discount AND EVEN SUGGESTED I SHOULD BUY MY TICKETS AGAIN WITH WORSE SEATING, WORSE VIEW AND MUCH further back from what we had originally purchased. How is this customer service is my biggest question??? I would not give this company any rating and 0 stars was even an option here I would go for that. SEAT GEEK helped us getting much better tickets and for $200 less. WASTE OF TIME!

The venue I'm attending requires either vaccination or a negative PCR test. I had my PCR test done on Tuesday, the event being Friday. I get a call on Friday saying the test clinic is overwhelmed and my results wouldn't be available until Saturday at the earliest. I contacted VividSeats customer service to see what could be done, which was absolutely nothing. Their "policy" is all sales are final. They suggested I resell my tickets, but then made it impossible to do so and took the listing off of their selling page. As far as I'm concerned, "Policy" that does nothing to help the customer is pathetic. This wouldn't happen if we didn't allow it - don't use them.

If I could zero stars I would, but that wasn't an option. Absolute worst customer service ever. Bought 6 tickets and only 4 were transferred. Spent all week leading up to the event trying to call only to get the worst support ever. The two tickets never showed up, so we had to buy 2 more last minute at higher price somewhere else. Even worse, they won't get back to me about the refund for the two tickets we paid for, but were never delivered. Absolutely unacceptable.

Paid for my tickets they emailed to say they were delivered but I Neve received them. worked with their online customer service and they couldn't or wouldn't help. Then I called their overseas call center and they advised their was a mix up and they would email me the tickets, they never did I never got an any email. Lost my money and I didn't get to go to the baseball game I paid for. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS,LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

These guys are horrible. They only sent me 2 out of the 8 tickets I ordered. I had to wait online, on their online chat, and then call and wait for almost an hour to get my tickets on the day of the event even though the automated voice told me they were prioritizing calls for customers with events that day. Then they sent tickets that didn't have the right section on them. I had to go to their app, their website, online chat, and then call again wasting another hour and a half. No, don't ever order from these people. Their customer service team is somewhere in southeast Asia and the ones I spoke to I could barely understand, and they were barely helpful. Horrible service, bad products, they are just the worst.

I purchased a concert ticket through VS months prior to the event. The day before the event, I called customer service 4x to ask where my ticket was. Answer was always the same - there’s been a delay but you’ll have your ticket. The day of the event, I still didn’t not receive it. I called a 5th time and they said that they will need to find another seller. My anxiety is now through the roof. I had already purchased tickets for the rest of my family through Stub Hub months earlier as well and received thise tickets within hours of purchase. We also had to travel 300 miles for this event. At the last minute, I jumped on Stub Hub to see if they had any tickets left. Fortunately, they did so I purchased one because I had lost all confidence in VS. Stub Hub had my ticket transferred to AXS within minutes. A few hours before the event, while we were on the road traveling, I did receive the ticket from VS. However, they caused me so much anxiety. I would never use them again. Having a ticket that I purchased months ago not arrive until just a few hours before the event is not acceptable. Lessened learned! Stub Hub will always have my business.

This is the 3rd time we've bought tickets on VIVID and the 3rd disappointment. Our first two times could have been more our fault, My grandpa died and we had to leave town for a few weeks missing out on two concerts. Since you don't receive a paper ticket you can't just sell them on any site to get your money back. You have to go thru them and they don't respond quickly or are very helpful. The last ticket we bought was for My Moms birthday to see a comedian in March of 2020. It got rescheduled to July, Then got rescheduled to December, then in 2021 Got rescheduled for November 0f 2021. All the while, they refuse to refund our money which was about 700 for all our family members. We are just being held hostage by them while they only allow help on THEIR site to resell our tickets. I will never buy another ticket on Vivid.

This company is a joke! I called to get a refund on my tickets that has been rescheduled twice and rescheduled again today cause of Covid till next year and I will not be able to attend they were very rude and would not give me a refund or anything. I would not buy from here! Ticketmaster always gives a refund if rescheduled I will be buying from Ticketmaster from now on! Stay away from these shady and rude people.

I had purchase tickets to the New york yankeesvs the Astros, The event was postponed and then cancelled. They give you 7 days to get a refund and dont really make it very clear. Now they held onto my money and gave me a credit which in turn forced me to purchase tickets for another event in the fuure.Well now I got the credit from the first event and paid anather 70 dollars to complete the balance of the tickets. Now that event has been postponed. While I understand it may not be there fault they should be held respnsible for the money I have paid to VIVID Seats and have not attended any event. Also no if that event gets canceled I am only intitled to the extra 70 dollars that I paid for the second event. Rules or no rules. No events where attended. 0 refund was offered. Be careful especiall during covid they will not reinburst.

I ordered tickets for my boyfriends birthday, he LOVES chris Stapleton. I just got an email saying that the concert was canceled and scheduled for a year later with no explanation! Trying to get somewhat of a refund, as now I have to purchase a new birthday gift, and they don’t even have a real human to talk to! Their robot recommended me “selling them to someone else who would be interested” uh. No. It’s your job to sell tickets, not mine. So frustrating and highly encourage EVERYONE to not purchase from them. You won’t get your money back no matter what.

Do not fall for their kindhearted refund alternative. What they don't tell you, is that when you agree to take the additional 10 or 20 percent instead of them sending you a refund, is that your money then seizes to exist. It turns into rewards and expires! I purchased Red Sox tickets before the pandemic and the game was canceled. They asked me to accept 110% instead of them sending me the money. I agreed. Seemed like a nice gesture. I repurchased the tickets the following year and no that event is canceled. I tried to get my money back, but they let me know that I couldn't. And if I don't get lucky enough to attend an event before January of 2022, my "rewards" expire. So they held on to my $700 and after 2021, they get to keep it. It is honestly disgusting. They are pretending to be kind, but what they are really doing is tricking million of people into not getting their money back.

After many attempts, I was finally able to reach a customer service representative who was extremely rude & unprofessional. She refused to allow me to speak to another representative or supervisor when I requested to, laughed at & hung up on me. I had spent approximately $900 on tickets to a concert that was scheduled in March 2020, postponed & then eventually canceled. I was told an email was sent, giving me only 7 days to get in touch with a representative to request a refund of MY money. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS EMAIL, or I would have called. At this point, I am beyond disappointed& absolutely disgusted with this company. Show more

I purchased tickets to this event based on the track map on the vivid seats website. The track map they have on the website is not correct. When I emailed them pictures of the False Map and the True Map, customer service just emailed me back saying they are the same. All the customer service people are in a different country and don't even understand what events they are selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The images you are looking at are FALSE ADVERTISING.

If I could give them a negative review I would. They claimed they sent me an email for my cancelled Billie Eilish concert on December 4th which I never received. By the time I checked their website I was screwed out of getting a refund because I "exceeded" the 7 day refund policy rule. How the heck would I know if I never received the email. They claimed their system showed that I got the email but then they said, "maybe you have a setting on your email that made it so you didn't get the email" That's a pile of BS because oddly enough, after the phone call I got an email to rate their customer service. They also claimed that I'm the first to complain about not receiving the email. I will never use their services or recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

I purchased Bert Kreisher tickets for an event scheduled on in April 2020. I even purchased insurance because I am an overly cautious person. My event had been rescheduled twice and is now scheduled for November 2021. I no longer am able to go to event because it was reschedule a YEAR AND A HALF away from the original date. I would like a refund because I purchased insurance for this very reason. I was unable to speak to an agent, nobody responds to my emails, I keep getting automated responses to my questions that don't even answer my questions. I have made multiple attempts to reach an agent with no luck. Easy to purchase tickets, but they will ghost you after and never go to the event or get your money back.

I purchased 4 seats to the lumineers in March 2020 which are postponed. I have been spending the day trying to talk to a person about a refund. I got automated texts instead. They told me that it will be on 9/242099. My existing tickets will work for the event! I replied that is not an option & it told me to sell them. WHAT A JOKE! My family and friends go to a lot of concerts , I am now a walking bill board to not go through this outfit. If I would have known they were this crooked I would have went through stub hub or ticket master.

My event got cancelled and Vivid Seats claimed they sent an email in regards to the refund. They gave a deadline of one week to request a refund. I did not receive that email so when I called to request a refund they said they issued a credit on my account and I can't get a refund now. We're in the middle of a pandemic and there's no concerts to book. This is very disappointing as I really needed that refund. Terrible customer service overall. Don't recommend buying tickets from them. Stub Hub is better.

This company will never give you refund. Show can be rescheduled 10 times and you will not get your money back. You would need to adjust to new schedule. Make sure you understand return policy or even dont deal with vivid seats. Better companies out there. I Do not recommend.
