Do Not Use Jet Parks Heathrow
Where do I start
We landed after 22 hours of travelling we had booked meet and greet what a joke phoned the number to be told I would have to get a taxi to there location as they had no drivers and I would be reimbursed my car had a deep scratch at the front and they had kerbed my front wheel ???? passenger side which I took photos of I have tried contacting them for 4 weeks now with no response back I have just returned off another holiday to have received a parking fine as my car was still parked in the carpark at terminal 2 3days after I flew I had my disability badge on the car while I was there but took it with me incase I needed it still no reply from them I have even tried phoning the numbers they provide and there always off I have left messages would never use jetparks ever again and would make sure I put other people off using them

Items Missing From Car Park And Poor Response From Jetparks
I have only given one star as I can give zero or minus. Finding a space took nearly half an hour. When I returned. My spare wheel was missing and Jetparks have been absolutely unconcerned and have not bothered to even check the security footage.
The wheel was on the roof rack and the car was withing a security camera. Even getting through on the phone was difficult and when I did manage they were not bothered. I sent an email and got what looked like an automatic reply that they were not liable to any losses.
The email I did receive looked like it had come for AI. Their advert says:
'Be Confident your Vehicle is safe and secure'
It wasn't and they did not seem in the slightest bit bothered. All in all this has cost me over £500 and all I got back was a rubbish email without even an apology.
Do Not Use !

On return no one available to meet and no one answering the phone calls .
Called over 100 times extremely stressful.
Partner had car tagged went to parked location to try to locate took over 3 hours !
Repeat they are a bad company have heard that they have not paid staff resulting in the experience we had and those of many others !

Warning! Stay Away! They Will Damage Your Vehicle!!!
Where do I even begin? This company can single-handedly ruin any vacation! I deeply regret not researching them before booking. We opted for Jetparks for the sake of convenience during our holiday, and it turned out to be a grave mistake! Not only did they take an incredibly long time to return our car, but when it finally arrived, the entire passenger side was severely damaged! Their apologies were minimal, and obtaining the driver's details was a nightmare. To make matters worse, they didn't even reach out to us for over a week!
The nightmare continued... After three months of relentless pursuit, they reluctantly agreed to cover the repair costs for the car, but then refused to provide a courtesy car during the repairs! This left us without transportation for weeks!
This company is an utter disaster! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They are nothing but swindlers!

Jetparks Manchester Airport Nightmare
DO NOT USE JETPARKS RINGWAY WHATEVER YOU DO!!!?
Just returned from a 2 week holiday, to find my car looks like it's been in a stock car race, Absolutely gutted! as I take great care over my car.
I arrived at JETPARKS RINGWAY, found a parking slot, made sure as always I was parked sensibly, with consideration to cars each side by leaving a reasonable gap.
Getting the bus to the airport is a massive obstacle right from the moment you park your car.
Problem 1...Lighting poor, bus stops, tiny, so you don't know where they are because no signs, poor lighting and bus stops hidden behind cars.
Problem 2, most of car park surface, is NOT tarmac, but grey rocks, with huge ruts and big puddles, this causes massive problems, for these reasons. 1) you have to wheel your case on this, then pull your case through huge puddles ( not nice when you need to put the case inside your car and your case is
covered in grey wet cement)
Try wheeling your case on rocks!!
When you return to your car it will be plastered in grey cement, from the dust kicked up by cars then turned into thin cement, by any rain, or even when you try to wash it off!
I have just spent 3 hours trying to wash my car and it's left scratches and is impossible to wash off (needed 3 attempts)
Back seat of car messed up with the grey sludge from wheeling cases on the rocky ground.
AND NOW FOR THE WORST.
Returned to find car was vandalised while parked at JETPARKS RINGWAY.
Someone has keyed the drivers side of car, and what looks like a case has been dragged across side of car, attempt made by someone trying to break in around window on door.
So here's yet another problem, you can't phone JETPARKS, AND they don't respond to the online contact form.
I tried to contact them when leaving to tell them about damage by pressing the button on the exit barrier, and gave up after 10 minutes!
So paid over £100 to park my car in their so called "secure car park" for what??
The Bus drivers are constantly trying to juggle the service and are given a free run on planning, so you could as we did find you have a 45 minute wait before you see a bus, which can be quite traumatic when you have a flight to catch
IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR I WOULD NOT USE JETPARKS ITS A TAXI FOR ME IN FUTURE

No Service At All Today 27aug - Terrible
So my partner got to the Heathrow airport today to do the Jet meet and greet. No-one at the location and the number you are given is not working it states numbers not being connected. he started calling at 5am. He called 6 times before he had to move his car to the long stay car park. Something you don't need this time in the morning when starting your holiday. I am still trying the number at at 0840hrs and still the number wont connect. This is bad bad customer service. I am using this service in October but now I might cancel depending on what they say has gone wrong when i finally get through. Not impressed

Very Misleading Advert By Jetparks.co.uk
I have just returned from my trip abroad which started badly thanks to Jet parks. I have used Jet park for a few years now and I have only ever been very satisfied until now.
Drove to the usual car park which was closed, Number plate Recognition didn't come into it. I remembered there was another car park down the road which I have passed on every visit to Stansted so I drove back but, there were no staff and I'm thinking should I drive to the barrier or not. I am getting worried now and had to make a decision. I noticed the barrier was nearer the front and if need be I could always reverse back. I drove forward and took a ticket and instantly a notice came up welcoming by name and the ticket came out GREAT I thought with relief. I drove through and proceeded to park but no as every park was saying closed / full so now I'm worried again, I continued park after park and then low and behold a park with spaces (hoorah) I drove in and there were many spaces so I thought I would park reasonably near the bus stop. Parked up and luggage out and car locked as did others who followed me. Get to the bus stop only to read a sign saying 'buses don't stop here' everyone was fuming and I noticed a bus at the other end of the park so we all loaded our luggage and drove down to the other bus stop. Out with luggage and as we approached the bus stop, I went to ask the driver if this bus would take us into the terminal and with that he was gone (drat). We all decided to wait and before long a bus came and away we went to the terminal.
The return wasn't much better because I had a delay and that wasn't the car parks fault. I got the bus to my car park and my car was there safe and sound. In my car and around to the exit where the fun began. The barrier wouldn't lift so being very drained I put the card in again every way possible. I pressed the assistance button and was greeted by a not so friendly voice. Yessss she says, I explained that the barrier wouldn't raise. Put the card in again the right way round, I said I did but I'll do it again but it still wouldn't work. Name and number plate was the question so I complied and she said, 'well it's obvious your a day late' I said no and she said you were due out on the 7th and I said I was only minutes late some of what was due to waiting for the bus. So to cut a long story short she said put your credit card in the slot and pay, so thanks to a very sarcastic operator who showed me zero compassion said well take your card out. I was charged 21.50 for 48 minutes extra. I said I only paid just over 40 pounds and she said it's a penalty for being late (ouch) I have been in touch with Stansted Airport and they have seen all of my paperwork and they explained that JetParks.co.uk are not Jet park whom I normally park with and my booking has gone through a third party. In the end my booking for Jet Park went to jetparks.co.uk and then to looking4parking.com without letting me know in clear text and then to make matters worse they don't use 00.00 as a minute after 11.59 but morning. They had my flight numbers from the off but never enlightened me WHY, because as far as I can see by using 00.00 as morning they can catch more people out. So beware!!!!

40 Minutes Wait
Stood for 20 minutes waiting for a bus, drove past me and stopped at next stop - he saw me, maybe because I was using crutches thought I’d hold him up?!?!?
Next bus was another 25 minutes - not the 15 minutes as advertised. Had to stop at every bus stop and everyone saying the same, bus drove past.

Brilliant Returned My Hand Luggage
Good sign to which car park. Got parked near the bus stop. Got a seat on the bus. On our return had to wait for 2nd bus but not too long. Left our hand baggage on bus! We managed to stop another bus the lady driver made a call and fortunately it had been given to our bus driver. We had to go to the main office while another van driver went to get it. How lucky were we. Many thanks to all.
