The bus we were sent was an absolute death trap. There's no way it could have passed any kind of MOT. The driver literally had to kick the back door open to get our cases in then the door didn't shut properly. The air conditioning was a roof window, there was no handle on the inside of the door, the window was held in with duct tape, it rattled and swerved all the way to Can Picafort and we even had to shout at the driver to slow down! The baby seat was disgusting and filthy and was just tied to the seat with a bit of strap. We couldn't even put the baby in as it was too close to the seat in front so couldn't even get her legs in. Driver thought it was funny and company not bothered about the complaint we made.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dont use ABC transfers.

Driver was 30 minutes late picking us up at Palma airport. When we rang to see where it was, we were told the minibus had broken down and had to send a replacement. The one we had was very old, noisy, no air conditioning.

Worse still he was using his phone whilst driving to pick songs out.

On our return, we waited until pick up was 15 mins late to ring, I hadn't even told them who I was or booking no. but was straight away told the driver would be there in 15 minutes as they were caught up in traffic as every was going to the beach.

Minibus was 45 mins late picking us up, this van was even worse, windows wide open made the journey very noisy, warm air coming into vehicle, no air conditioning, side door wasn't working so we had to climb in through the front door, seat belts weren't working.

My advice to anybody thinking of using this company, is don't. Pay alittle extra and use other company.

i booked atransfer with this company to be met at the airport meeting point when we got there their was no one their with our name on but another abc rep with someone elses name on went to see him and he just walked away any way another rep came he checked his phone and put us in one of the airport taxies and gave him some money which we thought it take us to palma nova about half way into journey this driver was argueing like mad to this abc company on his phone he even pulled off the motor way shouting abc heap of rubbish when we did get after he went past magaluf and turned back to palma nova the driver wanted another 16 euros off us and get it back off abc we did not pay and told him to get it off abc i was pleased i did not book a return trip do not use this company

Picked up at airport to resort, bit old and shabby but got us there ok. The return journey was a different story from the hotel back to the airport. A very old rusty mini bus collected us that reeked of diesel fumes and looked ready for the scrap heap. On the back of the seats there was graffiti scrawled all over them. The bus was struggling to maintain power going uphill, 15 mins into the journey it broke down. The driver rung through to the office to get a replacement bus which took 1hr to arrive, needless to say we had a plane to catch. Wouldnt touch this company again.

I first used this taxi firm in 2015 and I'm just about to book them again for 2016. Palma airport to Magaluf both times. Private taxi, 2 passengers works out at £50 for both ways. We had a minibus but we had it to ourselves.

Taxi was there waiting for us on arrival and return no problems what so ever.

Would not go shuttle bus that costs about £6pp each way but drops off at every hotel and every destination and took 2 hours plus didn't leave airport for an hour after our arrival waiting for other passengers. We would have been in hotel unpacked and by the pool by then!!! Take your choice

Ok, taxi's were not a merc with AC but only 20 min drive, they had first aid box and booster seat. Would phone them if you need specific baby travel gear though..would use again!

Picked ABC online for our holiday transfer as it offered private transport for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old at a reasonable price. When we got on minibus I was shocked at its condition, old with many obvious defects, smelly and dirty and noisy. On the return leg from the hotel the minibus was marginally better but came with 5 child booster/ seats installed leaving few seats for us. This minibus had no A/c and was dirty, smelly and noisy. We noticed that the door had no handle on the inside. Near the end of the journey the bus stopped with engine problems, and we transferred to another minibus which was close by. Will never use this company again, the buses used would not be allowed on UK roads.
