Perfect service at very cheap prices. Had several good experiences with this company and that why the last trip was such a disappointment. At arrival May 22, at Alicante Airport the bus was already waitng. I had to wait for almost an hour for the other passengers to get in, but that was ok. The German driver was nice and polite and the drop off address was no problem he said.

Well, almost an hour later there was a problem: he brought me to the wrong address. As I explained were I was supposed to go he said that it was impossible for him to drop me off there because it was unaccesible by bus. He refused to listen to my arguments that only a few months ago I had been dropped off and picked up there by A Holiday Tranfers bus and also city busses have a regular stop there.

In the end he dropped me off at Hotel Bali where I was forced to take a cab. So it cost me an other €6, a lot of extra time and it spoiled my first day at Benidorm. I regret that I feel that I can't rely on Holiday Transfers anymore. As I arrive in the evenings mostly when I go to Benidorm (for 35 years already), I don't needs this fuzz.

The booking process online for holidaytransfers.com is pretty simple and their prices are excellent. A group of four of us used them to travel from Plama Airport to Alcudia and it cost us £13 each for a return journey - much better than the estimated €70 (one way) taxi cost we were quoted. Upon arrival at Palma we were directed to the coach which was ready and waiting. The only thing you need to be aware of is that you could wait for up to an hour (as we did) for other passengers who are arriving on other flights and there didn't appear to be a toilet on the coach. Once on the road though, the journey was comfortable and took just over an hour to get to Alcudia.

The return transfer was ready and waiting for us at our allocated pick up time and we made just one stop on the way to the airport to pick up another group of people.

After a several hour flight, we landed in Barcelona to be greeted by our driver. He was very professional, and although he seemed to have limited english, he was extremely friendly and talkative.

The scorching heat of Spain suddenly same clear and it felt great that I was getting into a lovely air-conditioned mini bus.

Being over 6 feet tall, I don't usually like getting into coaches and mini buses because of the lack of room however I had plenty of space to move around in this comfortable mini bus.

Our driver put on the radio whilst we singed along to songs which made the trip all the more enjoyable and the journey was only an hour!

I was part of a group transfer from Barcelona airport to PortAventura. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly driver who immediately took us to the mini bus which was parked close by. The journey was only 1 hour, however the journey was made pleasurable by the driver keeping the mini bus well air conditioned in the scorching heat, and even putting on our music to which he sang along to! The departing journey was just as enjoyable with punctual service, comfortable seating and air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is looking for an affordable, punctual and reliable transfer.

With a long weekend in the South of France my friend and I wanted to make the most of it. We decided to hire our car from Nice airport and everything went very smoothly. We signed the necessary papers and the car was just across the road. With a tank full of fuel we were on our way to Cannes. We had a great time visiting tiny little resturants that we would have missed if not driving. We also visited Grasse and seen the perfume factories, as this is up in the mountains, again we would have missed it. Returning the car was also trouble free and I would recommend letting Holidaytransferr.com arrange things. It certainly avoids nasty surprises at the airport.

After a delay on our flight the six of us said thank goodness we booked private transfers. The mini bus was excellent and very comfortable and the driver was cracking jokes in broken english which was very funny. The journey went so quickly and we were all very impressed. Will always use again in the future!

When i got off my flight it was late and i was tired so I just wanted to get to my destination. Our coach was clearly marked and we were directed where to go so there was no running around.

The coach was quite comfortable but after a long plane journey I didn't really want more sitting down!

The temperature was comfortable and there was a toilet on board so any emergencies could be handled without the coach having to make a pit stop

I'd definitely say it was well worth the money I paid!

We got a coach transfer from Dalaman to our hotel in september and they were really good. cheaper then other ones and actually really good service. We werent expecting the world for those prices, but actually it's a part of Holiday Taxis which was loads more expensive, and so this one was the same bus but cheaper. bargain!

Would definitely recommend. We booked a return shuttle for 2 people for under a tenner and it wasn't in some ice cream tub van either - proper coach with air con and everything.

Don't know how they make any money, but it works for me. Would use again and really think that if you're booking ahead for your holiday, go with these guys. there are some sharks out there from previous holidays experience when i've booked through the travel agent, so book direct and at least you can check them out online first.

We went to Majorca on a stag do and I had to sort everything out so booked these because they were the cheapest. Quite glad I did, because most people would hate a group of men turning up and you usually feel like you're being judged when you're abroad in a lads group, but actually the driver was really game and funny when he picked us up from the airport.

I think as a coincidence we had him again on the way back, but he was dead nice and even stopped at the end of the road when one of the lads forgot his wallet in reception.

Would book again. Website kind of looks cheap and cheerful, and it is a bargain, but actually the service is more BA than Ryanair so would recommend for that.
