Below review explains service received was not exactly what we expected/hoped for - however - before you read this - I would like to comment that I still feel this company deserves a very good review for how excellent their customer service skills are. At arrival the desk clerk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our driver was ready waiting - very helpful and curtious helping with bags etc. When we queried our issue both driver and desk clerk could not have been more keen to help resolve the issue in any way they could - even though they were not able to - they could not have tried harder for us. Since our return the company have expressed how disappointed they are not to have met our needs and have been more than generous to compensate for this. I am hugely impressed with the professionalism of this company and would not hesitate to recommend them as a trustworthy company to book with - it is just a shame our expectations were different to what they provided.

We booked a private transfer to/from airport inc baby seat.

Unfortunutely the car seat was not able to be fitted to the vehicle as per manufacturers instructions - but a belt strap was used to secure baby seat tightly.

We asked to swap to car rather than minibus to enable baby seat to be fitted correctly but unfortunutely this was not available.

This issue caused delay in our transfer leaving.

We telephoned (inc reception spanish translation) to request car for return journey re baby seat issue - which was agreed but unfortunutely minibus was still provided.

We did not feel that baby seat was properly secured - however I am very particular about such matters - perhaps others may be happy if baby seat is tightly strapped but not as per manufacturers instructions - if so, please do not be put off by this review - the company did provide what felt like safe drivers.
