Outasight Shower Screen

Purchased this screen June 2012. After fitting the screen it would not close properly. The company sent me a new end cap, which I replaced but the screen would still not close properly. Numerous emails to the company failed to resolve the issue. They eventually informed me that the screen had not been fitted correctly. How they could tell this from a couple of photos that I sent them I do not know.

A few weeks later the shower curtain began to fray at the bottom. Mould quickly builds on the curtain even when using the cleaner which I purchased form Outasight. Feel that I have wasted £170 and will probably replace with a glass screen in the near future.
