I purchased a Komfi single & king size ortho memory foam mattress. I never leave reviews but as we are so impressed with the comfort & support this mattress gives I really feel I have to. For those who feel hesitant in purchasing a mattress online please be assured I felt the same but having done my Goldlilocks impression trying out nearly every mattress in specialist retail shops deciding too hard, too soft and discovering that just right cost four figures I decided to see if I could get the quality I wanted but at a price I preferred. I came up trumps when I found Komfi, the service & delivery were very good and the mattresses are vacuum packed in their own duffle bags in the shape of a sausage. There is a faint odour on opening but this dissipates after a day. I can honestly say that the support and comfort this gives me as a back sufferer and my husband who has no back problems is superb and I cannot recommend highly enough, so if your in the market for a new mattress look no further. The most difficult thing is having to get up in the morning!

Purchase a new mattress from Komfi for a long term recurring back problem, the website is easy to use with a good range of products at a fairly reasonable price, the sale was easy and painless with a quick response and prompt delivery. The mattress itself is well constructed and a really comfortable sleeping experience. It's provided some of the best nights sleep I have had in a while.

After looking around for a memory foam mattress that was supportive , had 'stay cool technology' and was reasonably priced , I found Komfi . Their range was very good and the website easy to use . I was also very impressed by the level of customer service and the personalised approach and continuity of care that the staff have . When we we did have an issue with the mattress (more than 3 yrs after purchase) they dealt with it very quickly and without any quibbles .

The customer service was good, deliver prompt and we have had excellent nights of sleep ever since!

my only complaint is that there were no showrooms to try the mattress range.
