MADE Yoko Sofa Bed

Firstly the website states EXPRESS delivery which turns out is only express to the to the delivery company, not to end consumer. I bought this sofa bed in October and by February the front side leg broke away at the screws as the wood support under the sofa split. MADE.com sent an independent company out to review it and they said it was from misuse. My question is what misuse could a sofa be used for except for sitting or laying on which is what a sofa is suppose to be for! They also got my son to sign a digital tablet which they said is to acknowledge they had been but in actually fact it says we accept responsibility for the damage. Even when my kids were small and jumping on the sofas I never experienced this type of damage. Basically it is CHEAP FOR A REASON which I would not expect from a design company like MADE.com. I will never buy from them again.

The most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, it's not even comfortable to sit on. We bought it because in terms of size and looks it was just what we wanted. the click clack mechanism is great and it certainly looks the part but it's 'spongy' and uneven to sit on as a sofa. As a bed it has a definite gap running it's length and on either side of that are two hard 'poles' making it impossible to get any sleep. You'd have to put a deep mattress on it for it to work - defeating the whole idea of having a sofa bed in the first place. Not Happy.
